I just gave birth 2 weeks ago and my husband is complaining about not having sex or initiating anything, he’s been looking at naked girls posts on instagram and liking them. He’s not helping me with the baby and I don’t mind because he works, but he’s making me really upset , he made a comment last night saying I can’t hack being a mum because I was really tired and struggling with breastfeeding. He then makes comments saying women that don’t take care of their husbands get divorced. I’ve cried so much and tried to forget what he’s said to me but I can’t. What do I do.

sooo I've finally finished watching the first three episodes of season 7 and honestly....I was NOT expecting anything like this. the episodes were completely fine but one thing that specifically surprised me was how chenford was being so friendly?! like lucy...you're allowed to be mad at him babe😇 no but I have nothing against it, it's great to see they're already so friendly but it was really unexpected? im thinking maybe lucy had a change of heart after the elevator scene, who knows? well, the new rookies of course. i have to be completely honest, i did not like the cowboy dude (I ALWAYS FORGET HIS NAME SORRY)... the other one, seth..well, i like him!! he seems sweet and like a really good person, and im excited to see more of him.
another thing that sort of bothered me was how fast everything went, especially in the first episode.i mean, barely into the first episode there was this whole car chase and stuff. of course it's exciting but i would've liked it more if they'd done more of a calm chill first episode, explaining more about jasons escape. this is another detail I got confused about. so apperantly bailey is away in some kind of safe house (in germany or something?) and what i didn't like was how they didn't explain in detailed what had happened. it might just be me but im sort of bad at understanding lol but i wish they'd explained more abt the jason situation.
otherwise, the 2nd and 3rd episodes were pretty good. my favorite is the 2nd one, i liked the chenford moment in the end it was so adorable🥹!! OKAY. Rachel. i don't want to talk abt it because it makes me SO mad but I have to. i still don't understand why they had to make her go back to L.A...it was honestly so unnecessary for the plot and i feel like it'll just mess things up even more, making the whole chenford breakup x rachel and tims past relationship SO awkward. when i read the episode description for ep3 i thought they were gonna make tamara come back so i got so excited but uhm yeah that did NOT happen i got very disappointed. praying rachel won't be in chenfords way.
what i did like was celinas plain clothes day, i feel like I'd really like to see more of her this season. i also enjoyed the small chenford moments, like lucy being so eager not to finish the bet so she could spend more time with tim, and the way tim looks at her tells everything🤭
im really excited for the new episodes, especially for the gala one, im hoping to see more of chenford and i really want my girl lucy to be happy this season cause she's literally been through hell-

I like to spread the word about fatty fish consumption since the data on this is dramatically positive across many studies for many years. Over and over its been proven eating fatty fish is fantastically healthy for your body and mind.
However! lean fish? not so much. The data clearly shows the positive benefits for fatty fish do NOT apply to eating lean fish. So pretty much any fish you get deep fried at a restaurant is not the healthy category.

Anyone else training calisthenics moves like pull-ups, handstands, etc? I've been doing Peloton strength and yoga classes for years and needed a little novelty to keep things interesting. I set myself a goal of learning to do pull-ups and some hand balancing moves this year. It's been really fun but I don't have any kind of real plan beyond practicing dead hangs and slow negatives for the pull-ups, and working on seated L-sits and crow pose. I love Kirra's yoga classes and I have stumbled on some helpful moves in a few of her advanced classes. Anyone else working on this style of movement and have any tips?

I'll be landed in Bangkok this March. I'm really unsecure what I'll do because of the burning season. It's really that bad? I was there last January this month, like days before I fly back to Europe my throat was really aching but I don't have breathing problem. I plan to explore more in Thailand since I was only in Bangkok last January but the burning thing made my plan changed. I plan to go in Japan,Vietnam,Indonesia or Malaysia for 3 weeks instead but not decided yet what I'll do or just cancel it!😬🙈
