2025.01.27 19:22 CHvader Ambient producers to check out if I'm a house/techno head?
For example, I'm a big fan of DJ sprinkles, GAS, and Aphex Twin. I know these 3 themselves are quite different, but are the ones closest to ambient in my collection. I'm also a fan of the Ambient House and Techno compilations by Music from Memory (I know this is not ambient, but another example of what I discovered through house/techno).
Any tips for producers to check out if i enjoy these vibes? I'm also down for any recommendations for an essential ambient playlist. I am ok with both contemporary and classic producers but have always had a preference for 90s music.

2025.01.27 19:22 Outside_Witness2044 PCOS/ADHD… on meds but so tired…
Hi everyone, 42 y.o. here! I have been recently diagnosed with PCOS and ADHD. I am on meds for high blood pressure already. My psychiatrist put me on Ritalin 20 mg (extended release) and my PCP put me on Metformin 500 mg, twice daily. This has been my routine for about 2 months now but I am so tired! I’ve never felt so fatigued. I could literally sleep 14 hours in a day. I can’t get out of bed, unless it’s to take my kid to school, pick him up, cook and help him with homework. My work is suffering because of it. I told my psychiatrist and she thinks I’m depressed so has added Prozac to the mix. I’ve been on it for a week and I know it’s supposed to take time but I’m still sooo tired. Has this happened to anyone on here? I have no motivation for ANYTHING. I really, really hate this. She wants to wait to see if the Prozac works for the depression before she switches the Ritalin to a different stimulant. For the record, before my ADHD diagnosis, I was depressed before taking meds for PCOS and ADHD. Also, just started Monjauro 4 days ago. Any suggestions how to get out of this horrible routine of fatigue? Any combo of meds that helped anyone in my similar situation? I’m desperate because I feel all this is ruining my life. Thanks in advance!
