I just watched the live ep. Lots of big moments. Returns, NXT crossover, you name it. The Hardys, Nemeth, and others have gone on record to expect big moments from the partnership.
I know cards like the live Impact aren’t truly sustainable on a weekly basis. But TNA is turning a major corner. And I may be a little ambitious here. But what do you think TNA’s new status quo going forward will be? Business as usual? Or a whole new plan?

Hi all. I am currently working on worldbuilding for a novel I am writing. Two of my characters are twins, and I want both to have some form of ergokinesis powers. For context, this is a fantasy world, and everyone from their country is of a magical human species, and they are born with superpowers. I want to give these characters energy manipulation powers without making them OP but also allowing them to learn and grow stronger, improving their abilities.
The first form of ergokinesis I am playing with is being able to absorb energy, then transforming that energy into blasts of "pure energy" (essentially just a beam of light/heat). This character must charge themselves/their blast up, and they charge themselves from any and every source of energy, such as the sun, fire, large moving bodies of water, etc. However, I'm trying to keep in the idea that energy cannot be created or destroyed. So if this person takes the thermal energy from a fire, the flame would dwindle until it completely goes out. If this person takes the kinetic energy from a moving object or water, the object/current would slow down until it stopped moving all together. There are other limitations too. It's extremely hard to use the chemical energy from a living being, including themselves, and all attempts of using chemical energy from a living being end up killing that living being (so trying to use your own chemical energy would end up killing you). Additionally, their only way of expressing this energy is through the blasts. It can only be converted into this form of "pure energy". There are certain skill levels, as well. Every wielder of this power can easily absorb the energy from the sun since it emits so much. However, a novice would have trouble absorbing energy from a fire unless it is a massive fire, emitting off so much energy. Also, absorbing more much energy than your body could handle could kill you.
The second form of ergokinesis is creating energy and being able to wield it in some physical form. For example, my character with this power only can create and wield fire (thermal energy). I want to write it so at first she doesn't realize she can create other forms of energy, like light, or kinetic energy, but she slowly learns this and realizes she can manipulate every form of energy, being able to emit light from her hand and make bodies of water and other objects move. I'm thinking that the science behind this would be that people with this particular power gravitate to one form of energy (their bodies respond best to particular wavelengths), so they tend to stick with what comes naturally, never bothering to try out different forms of energy. Straying outside that "wavelength" that comes natural to them is extremely difficult and only a very small percentage of people with this power are capable of doing so. Thus, a person who can manipulate fire in this world actually possesses a form of ergokinesis, they just don't realize it. Same deal with a person who moves water, or moves any sort of object for that matter (telekensis is considered a form of ergokinesis, but the people of this world don't realize this). The limitations of this would be that it creates an extremely taxing effect on their bodies, and if they create too much energy at once, it could kill them by dwindling their energy in their bodies so much that their heart stops.
I'm having trouble wrapping the second form around my head. Does it sound believable and make sense? I think it's a cool concept but could become completely OP, and I'm trying to think of ways to make it more believable/not incredible overpowered. Any thoughts or suggestions would help. Thanks!

How Vi’s encouragement to Powder would help accelerate the circumstances leading to Jinx’s final attack on Piltover, demanding “respect” in honor of Silco’s - and, funny enough - Vi’s wishes/legacy. I also love the irony that Piltover in the episode 9 shot, despite having nearly a decade of hextech advancement and progress, is framed to look less impressive and opportunistic than the episode 1 shot (especially with the foreboding “blood moon”). Illustarting how their lack of respect for their own undercity, and lack of effort in improving the class conflict between them, has turned the city into one pitiful state of missed opportunity that results in nothing but tragedy and bloodshed. “What could have been,” indeed. ich befinde mich in einer schwierigen Situation und hoffe auf hilfreiche Meinungen oder Erfahrungen. Meine Ex-Frau und ich besitzen gemeinsam ein Haus, in dem sie mit unseren vier Kindern lebt. Zwei der Kinder wohnen die Hälfte der Zeit bei mir (Wechselmodell). Ich wohne seit 1,5 Jahren in einer kleinen Wohnung. Ich trage die vollständige Tilgung des Hauskredits und zahle zusätzlich Unterhalt für die beiden großen Kinder.
Das Problem:
Meine Ex-Frau wohnt mietfrei im Haus, während ich die Kreditkosten trage, sie bekommt 400€ Baukindergeld. Einen Hausverkauf will meine Ex-Frau "momentan" nicht.
Meine Anwältin möchte eine Nutzungsentschädigung (quasi „Miete“) für meine Ex-Frau ansetzen, um den Unterhalt neu zu berechnen, da dieser damals viele Dinge nicht berücksichtigt hat (Baukindergeld, Wohnvorteil, meine Betreuung der beiden Kinder, jetzt nicht mehr verheiratet).
Diese Auskunft wurde bereits mehrfach mit Fristsetzung angefordert (seit September 2024), ohne dass eine Reaktion erfolgte.
Ich kann mir diese finanzielle Belastung nicht mehr leisten und suche nach Wegen, um mich rechtlich besser abzusichern. Konkret frage ich mich:
- Kann ich die Unterhaltszahlungen einstellen, um Druck für eine Neuberechnung aufzubauen, oder ist das rechtlich riskant?
- Welche Optionen habe ich, um die Nutzungsentschädigung gerichtlich durchzusetzen?
- Gibt es andere sinnvolle Ansätze, um das Haus entweder zu verkaufen oder eine faire Kostenregelung zu erreichen?
