I rescued a 12 week kitten about two weeks ago from outdoors and she's been having trouble defecating. We've taken her to the vet 4 times now and have another check up scheduled, but I'm a bit worried because we haven't gotten a clear diagnosis. I really want to save her and I'm so worried she has a chronic condition but everything is started to get really expensive.
First vet visit, we went to a low cost clinic and all they did was do a manual extraction and no medication prescribed.
Second visit, went to our usual vet, they did an enema, x-ray, and prescribed her with antibiotics, lactulose, and other meds. They said there were a lot of hard rock-like stools that came out.
Third visit, she was still on her meds but didn't seem to improve much. She was releasing a lot of tiny pieces of hard stool. Vet did another enema and sent her home with nutri-cal.
Fourth visit, they did enema again but this time a lot of stool came out which was good. She was really backed up so they were able to get a lot out, but said there was still some in the upper parts of her colon which will hopefully pass with time. She got prescribed a higher dosage of lactulose and recommendation for pumpkin and miralax added in food.
I've been feeding her only wet food with water, pumpkin, and 1/8 tsp of miralax mixed in. She's been getting this meal 3x a day for about a week now. She did show signs of improvement initially on this diet, but now she's showing signs of constipation again. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue and has some advice?

2025.01.27 19:33 Imaginary_Kangaroo16 ESX03 disconnection at 12:04 p.m. Monday to Friday
Hello everyone I currently have 3 esx clustered.
The ESX03 disconnects on certain days of the week at 12:04 PM. This causes me alerts then in the supervision I see that the ping is ok so not linked to the network only the vmware services are all ko. Once I reconnect the ESX the services come back to green.
When I look in vsphere I have an outage and no data during the time the ESX is disconnected. I have many errors in the esx vents but linked to the disconnection and in the idrac nothing in the logs do you have any idea by chance?
Example this weekend no disconnection problems
