She is so careless & I’m shocked she hasn’t had an accident/ injury yet with all the times she’s been in the kitchen. Starting can be done in under a day. Seriously. I went from no idea > idea > concepting > strategy > design > newsletter implementation > first edition. In under a day.
People usually overcomplicate things, but it's really not that hard. I'm not saying it's easy, but it can definitely be done, even in 3 days.
With tools like an LLM, Canva, social platforms to test for content-market fit, etc. you really have no excuse to just launch it over the weekend.

Have the idea.
Write the first edition of it. (before designing or using any email software)
Post that edition in a relevant community (FB group, subreddit, etc.).
See if there's content-market fit for what you're solving (yes newsletters are inherently solving a problem, whether it's going out and curating news for people, consolidating information, creating information, etc.)
If there was a positive response, create the newsletter. If not, go back to the drawing board and rinse-and-repeat.
Continue posting your content in relevant communities with a super soft CTA like "I write this every week here(url) if you want to get it in your inbox." If your content is actually solving a problem, people won't mind the soft CTA, even here on Reddit.

*disclaimer: I am a designer and have built newsletters in the past so me launching in under a day is likely due to a set of skills I already have, but you can absolutely do this in no more than 3 days even if you don't have any experience. That being said, the newsletter I put together is actually real well designed (IMO). You can see screenshots here if you're curious on the design.

So me and my ex partner (X) had a joint contract up until 5th December. I ended the joint tenancy and moved out on the 5th December. X stayed living in the house with a new contract with the landlord
On the 28th December the landlord contacted me and said I would need to pay for carpets to be cleaned and only gives a online quote and is refusing to produce a receipt of works completed ( as X is still living in the house )
I'm wondering why I am paying this from the the joint contracts deposit? When X is still living in the property under a new contract
I've raised the dispute with the deposit protection service but I would like some insight as to whether I am right in this or if the landlord is indeed being dodgy

Went to do the fog lights on my 2006 XLT. Pulled the front bumper off only to realize that the support was completely rusted out among other things. I’ve ordered new reinforcement bolts to go with the new support, but I’m missing these special washers? That go on the back of the bolts to lock them in place. They look like normal washers with teeth that grab the threads on the bolts.
Is there an OEM retainer of sorts I can get? A part number would be appreciated or possibly ideas of something I could pick up from my local hardware store.

Até finais do ano passado havia esta loja chamada loja dos quimicos, uma drogaria online, eles vendiam todo o tipo de produtos quimicos no estado puro, ao Kg, e a preços excelentes. Uma loja de excelência, tanto pela variedade de produtos, qualidade, e preço, mas também tinha a melhor organização que alguma vez vi numa drogaria online, não é que hajam muitas, porém toda a loja era excelente.
Não interessa, mas como tenho conhecimentos de quimica e sei aplica-los nas plantas, eu queria comprar produtos quimicos para utilizar como fertelizantes, pois sai muito mais barato e em conta com as necessidades das minhas plantas. O que é uma pena, pois não é fácil de comprar produtos químicos puros, hoje em dia com a escassez de boas drogarias estamos um pouco à mercê das grande empresas que fazem 1L de soluções diluidas ao preço de 1Kg do produto quimico puro.
Isto para quem tem curiosidade em saber, podem comprar 1KG de Acido Citrico ao mesmo preço, ou menos, que 1L descalcificante/desentupidor,m

I am just curious about what people's experiences are with generating PDFs of projects that are large or that have a lot of sheets and views? Are there any pain points that people run into? Also, how often do people use the shading (graphics display options) capabilities of Revit for generating sets? For instance, is it common to generate sets with hidden line shading or ray traced images? I have done some exporting / printing of PDFs of the Autodesk Revit sample files. These examples highlight the built in Revit abilities to put pretty pictures on sheets/views, but I do not know if it is something commonly used by actual architects and design professionals working on actual buildings. Lastly, does anyone use 3D content in pdfs? By which I mean, the ability of PDF to contain 3D models that can be rotated and zoomed / panned.

I've been driving my brand new Mazda for 4 months now, and I'm quite happy with the purchase. I come from a 2015 Mini Cooper, and the only thing I miss from it is the turbo. I love the manual transmission, fuel economy, quick acceleration and the overall style of the car. Some of the weaker points of the car have to be the touchscreen and its functionality, feels quite outdated in my opinion, as well as how fragile the paint work is, I already have a chip in the hood from driving in the freeway everyday. Other than that, everything's great. Definitely a keeper.
