I am 19F who currently took my first drop year for the NEET examination.One day after I finished my coaching classes and I was waiting for a bus, a random dude stopped his vehicle (bike) on the main road and asked me “Akka do you have 150 Rs,I need to reach my office”. I told him that I’m waiting for a bus and that I didn’t carry any cash.Then he continued to ask me if I had gpay or phone pay which I told I didn’t have (I actually didn’t have gpay or phone pay).Then he left.
I feel bad that I couldn’t help him or was he just trying to scam me.I’m unsure.Any opinions?

Following this morning’s news of layoffs at Ubisoft I wanted to bring into perspective how insanely huge the company really is. Just take a look at this table comparing employee numbers of top 5 video game publishers (slightly outdated now). The only company bigger than Ubisoft is Microsoft Gaming and that includes Bethesda, Activision, and Blizzard. EA, Sony, and Take-Two all have significantly fewer employees.
At the same time, if you look at financial data, Ubisoft had the lowest revenue out of those 5 companies in 2024. Net income also, while in the green, was a very slim margin of revenue.
I feel awful for all the developers affected by the layoffs. Hope all of them can find new jobs in the industry soon. But the simple fact of the matter remains that Ubisoft is just too damn big. And the games they are releasing don’t earn nearly enough to justify this amount of input into the workforce. If the company wants to have any chance of surviving, they will need to further downsize. As sad as it is, more layoffs will follow.

A good keyboard, good build quality, touchscreen is nice but don´t need it, fingerprint is not needed, optical drive isn´t needed, a touchpad that can scroll or in general be uses with two fingers is preffered

I think what´s left to say is that I look for a Laptop which is quick and holds up with a second screen and a Video call. Has a 80% Keyboard and is from a company that builds good Laptops (name brand not needed).

 | I pretty much just placed the bar backwards against the brick wall, on the top section I have all of my MIDI controllers, then I tucked my amplifier underneath to save some space. However, I do have a proper decent team…but I’ve come to the decision that I am dog at the game. Since this new update I cannot seem to win and I’m in Div 7. As someone na laging inaabutan sa iskul, here are my ratings ng mga best cr’s sa UST na aking tinatakbuhan kapag nagparamdam ang hindi ka nais nais!
- Tan Yan Kee: 10/10 — may sabon at malakas ang water pressure ng bidet. Wala rin masyadong tao lalo na pag mga lunch time. Favorite ko to kapag nasa Dapitan ako.
- Library Ground Floor: 2/10 — ang dami laging tao at ang haba ng pila, hindi tuloy mailabas ang dapat na ilabas. Mas okay sa ibang mga floors kaso wala madalas signal.
- Main Building: 4/10 — okay naman, kaso yung kilabot mo dito bukod sa hilab ng tyan, may halo na rin na takot kasi iba talaga feeling dyan haha lalo na pag gabi. Never again.
- St. Raymund’s: 6/10 — okay lang din 👍🏻 wala pa yata silang bidet nung huli akong nag cr dito, pero hindi na ko nakaulit. Medyo luma yung cubicles nila pero mataas yung pinto, kaya feel mo naman safe and sound ka.
- Albertus: 7/10 — salamat sa bidet, pero walang sabon. Hirap lang din tyumempo kasi pansin ko sa mga girlies sa harap pa talaga ng salamin nag-cchikahan. May meeting ba kayo dyan 🥲 pansin ko rin na laging may mga unavailable na cubicles dito.
- Seminary CR: 5/10 — favorite ko to nung pre-renovation era nila. Pero ngayon ang hirap na jumebs dito, nakakaintimidate yung bidet, tapos bigla bigla pa namamatay yung ilaw. Lagi rin may tao kasi tabi ng gym at church, kaya kung meron kang performance anxiety, hindi ka makakajebs nang mapayapa.
- BGPOP: 10/10 — my stan cr. Sobrang daming cubicles, may exhaust, may sabon!! Lagi akong sa pinaka-dulo pumepwesto, at never ko nafeel na kailangan ko magmadali kasi lahat ng cubicles nila available. Plus points din yung mga masaya at exciting na chismis ng mga CTHM students na naririnig ko.
- UST Hospital: 1/10 — since for public usage to, hindi masyado malinis. Walang bidet, at wala ring tubig yung lababo nila.

I’m having issues with the interior electronic rearview mirror on my 2011 Vauxhall Astra, and I’m looking for advice to figure out what’s wrong and how to fix it. Here’s the situation:
To check if the car is providing power to the mirror, I used a multimeter and connected the red and black probes to the car’s corresponding red (positive) and black (ground) wires. I see a voltage reading of around 9-14v, so I’m not sure if the car wiring is faulty. I have also tested the fuse with multimeter and the voltage meter so I doubt the fuse is blown. Is there anything that I might be missing something in my testing method?
The other problem I noticed is that the pins on the rearview mirror connector and the car wiring harness are not aligned. But I'm not sure if that's the problem. I've seen a lot of images of the spare mirrors on eBay and all over internet and all the mirrors have the same alignment of pins. If it's what OEM comes with it should be a problem right?
If anyone has experience troubleshooting or replacing electronic rearview mirrors, especially for a 2011 Vauxhall Astra, I’d really appreciate your advice. How can I properly test the mirror and wiring? Could this issue be related to the car’s wiring or anything else? And is there a reliable way to align or adapt misaligned connectors if that is the problem?

 | Who doesn't love puzzling cute animals?? You can never really get mad even if it is a bit difficult. The pieces are pretty thick, but the lockability is quite terrible. Some pieces are such a loose fit, easy for misfits. It gets easier as you get more done, but in the beginning, it's hard to tell which pieces go together. I do like that there are some special cuts in it. As well, I feel feel like the image colour is somewhat different to the actual puzzle. The whites are definitely not as bright, so it's a bit confusing because the lighter parts of the fur seem similar. But I do like that those qualities made it a bit more difficult, but not too difficult. I grew up in a Christian household, and was brought up going to church every Sunday, went to a religious school etc.
I never bought into the whole idea of religion as a whole, and more looked at what different religions teach about life itself rather than worshipping a deity. As I grew up I developed an interest in Norse Paganism and all the stories that came out of it, and a few things came to my attention; Their gods, as mighty as they were, were still able to make mistakes, errors in judgement, had their faults in their own ways. Taking away all the crazy stuff in the stories, they were a lot more ‘human’ than other religions like Christianity.
Christians are led to believe that their god can do no wrong, is absolutely perfect and can be called upon to fix things for people who can’t help themselves. Norse Paganism however, let people scold their gods when they did something wrong, and instead of calling their gods to fix everything, would talk to them like their equals, to help them help themselves.
I know I’m not perfectly versed on either religion, so I might be missing some things or getting the wrong ideas, but from what I know I’ve come to this conclusion. If anyone has any different views then I’m happy to learn more.
