My boyfriend and I are both freshman in college and have only been dating for a little over a month. At the beginning of our relationship, I had a gut feeling he was going to cheat on me in some way based on situations that happened when we were talking (we had been talking for 4 months before dating). However, since we weren't technically dating then, I decided to be fair to him and push my feelings aside. Recently, he has just joined a frat and was going to a party one night that I wasn't going to. Twice in the past, a certain girl (who he used to call fine all the time) would try to get all up on him and seduce him at these parties. He would never really entertain it, at least if I was right there, but never pushed her off and told her to stop. I asked him if he could push her off if it happened again, since we're now dating. He never said no, but instead sort of laugh at it. I ignored it, however, and decided to trust him. Shortly after, we were looking through a group chat on his snap with the new members in his frat. When he swiped off, I the girl at the top of his snap with a three day streak, while everyone else was on delivered for 3 or more days. I thought that was weird, so I asked him why he was only snapping her. He told me that he snapped all the other people at the top as well, even though they were on delivered for days. I went through each of them and he didn't snap any of them, some were even his close friends. I asked him why he lied about it and he replied by just groaning and walking into the common room with the rest of our friend group. I got annoyed, so I left to go back to my dorm. I told him to come over in a hour to talk about it. When he came, he had snapped back everyone on his snap, making my point harder to prove. His excuse was that he only snapped her back because he knew her and just forgot to snap everyone else back. But for 3 days in a row? He then said it's only because he knows her (they were never friends, but maybe had a few short conversations at parties). I went through all his friends that were on delivered that he was way closer to and asked why he didn't snap them either. We went back and forth until he finally admitted to snapping her because he thought she was attracted. He even told me the scenario of him walking out of his truck and seeing her snap and thinking "Oh, it's ___ she's cute i'm gonna snap her back ". Now, I don't know what to do. He didn't cheat, but he had unloyal thoughts and put an action towards it. I need advice some advice on what I should do.

 | Anyone who works outbound feel over whelmed as well?? This by no means is a flex I’m asking to receive some advice on how to start the conversation concerning workload, burnout, and stress the job brings… I feel singled out very strongly in comparison to my peers. Now due to my failure to just say “no” they’ve trained me in 2 other departments (inbound receiving, outbound pack) and pinball me around guaranteed to be sent off to one catastrophe after another…. I was told the training was mandatory and everyone is to be cross trained so not only does my supervisor lie to my face but also doesn’t consider my safety considering the first cross training course I went through I was there for only 20 min on the floor and i could tell ergonomically inbound was NOT for me. My other area I’m trained in (pack) i actually do enjoy but I’m never there for no longer then half the shift. 2025.01.27 19:23 kovaefr Which of these 3 synths under 700 would you choose as a first? Microfreak, hydra synth explorer, or Minilogue XD?
I have zero sound design experience. I've listened to "no talk demos" for all three and love the sounds of the XD, but I've heard that it is the most limiting. I'm not afraid of a technical synth and am open to learning sound design, but a lot of the demos ive heard from the explorer aren't the most exciting. The minifreak seems like the middle ground, though I think the build quality and physical design of the XD appeal to me a bit more.
Obviously the XD is slightly appealing to me more, though I'm curious if I'll outgrow it. Am I being irrational? Should I get the XD because I like the sounds? should I go for a synth with more room to grow like the Minifreak or the Explorer?

I appreciate all suggestions! This week I'll be buying a synth, new guitar pedal and interface so I can play them all on a looper pedal. Some sort of synthy ambient guitar tracks in the future!

It has been nearly 80 years since the arrival of the Neumen from beyond Kanthsis and with them brought new innovations, mainly the modern innovation of aircraft. The cultures upon Kanthsis became intertwine with aircraft as the Neumen spread far and wide, settling down, setting up factories. However, as sudden as they appear, they disappeared mysteriously, only leaving behind relics and the blueprints from their homeland. Various theories ranged from some disease that targeted Neumen specifically or a war that tore various units of Neumen apart and having them be scattered to the wind. No one fully knows the cause and anyone that does are likely dead.
Yet, for the people of Kanthsis, life continues on. People grew, towns were formed, life prosper. That is, if you are from the large city-states or large political unions that came about afterwards. For frontier towns, life was hard. It was rough. Not only would they have to deal if a city state came encroaching on their territory to try and make them submit, but also the drainage of natural resources that their towns were founded upon. When the towns dried up, the people scattered. In order to survive, the Neumen did leave behind various aircraft in their factories or they were bought on the black market. Perhaps it is no surprise that many became sky pirates in order to survive.
Of course, not everyone became a simple pirate. Various others became more akin to mercenaries than anything else. Yet, did a simple label really mattered in the end when everyone is trying to survive? And so that is how it's been for the next 70 years of Kanthsis with conflicts raging across the planet. Always a grander design than simply surviving. However, for a new mercenary pilot at one of these frontier towns, something would change around sooner or later.

Salutations readers. I hope you are having a good day/night. This prompt has been in the back of my mind for a while now so I thought I would go ahead and write it up here! So, for those curious, this is inspired by several different fandoms stitched together with the simple concept revolving together - aircraft. From monoplanes to bombers to zeppelins, I want this roleplay to take a direct link when it comes to military aircraft. Yes, this will be a bit of a technical roleplay, and I do expect you to know your things, but I do like to add some details right now. Firstly, in terms of what aircraft, I am envisioning using prop planes from WW2 / Early Cold War. From the most produced aircrafts of the war to the one-off prototypes. Not to say that we can't add in some jet age aircraft, but I like for that to come later in the actual story. If that's not up to your taste, we can certainly work with more original aircraft like from Sky Crawlers, the same rules still apply.
Now, onto the characters. For this, I envision our characters would be part of a mercenary unit of sorts. Following for whatever sort of reason that there would be, only that they are good pilots. If that's not up to your stuff, we can perhaps play as rivals of sorts. Or perhaps a sort of mechanic/pilot sort of relationship. This section is, by design, vague as we can certainly work in how our characters be. Of course, I think, for simplicity's sake, we both would be playing as GMs to each other while controlling our two main characters.
Lastly, some extra details I like to put out and expect from you. I do expect you to be literate and be able to write multiple paragraphs. I am not asking for you to write a novella with every message, but I do expect you to know what you want to play out and how to write it. During "downtime", we can write multiple paragraphs but when it comes to combat scenes, it can be shorter if that makes sense.

The EVH has two channels I have set up for metal, and the clean channel is very clean. I was wondering if there is a pedal that can be run into the clean channel that is flexible enough to get good "in between, mild to medium drive?
I'm looking from more of an MIAB type thing to run into clean, instead of a Tube Screamer, which is what I have and use to shape and push the gain channels.
