I know no one can diagnosis and yes I have a therapist. I am just wondering outsiders perspectives who have the disorder.
I eat as little as possible every day. Sometimes if I have to go out to eat I order a salad and pick at it. If I go to dinners I usually eat way too much and it’s a 50/50 I purge it.
At night I “allow” myself to eat whatever I want. Some days I still restrict dinner and others I completely binge.
Purging is newer for me. Sometimes it up to 3x a night maybe 3-4 times a week. This has been the past month. I don’t lose weight.
I don’t always completely empty my stomach. Sometimes I purge just to eat more. It always has to do with the guilt of eating. If I eat without being high, the food noise is so loud. High or not I purge my binges tho.
Does this sound like bulimia or it is just mild disordered eating?

Llevo hablando con una chica del opus un tiempo y la verdad que es súper mona y no siendo 100% mi prototipo de mujer digamos que encajaría en un 80%. I've read a few omegaverses now that are changing the "traditional" dynamic where only omegas present certain bodily characteristics like slick, heats, and the ability to take an alpha's knot. I just finished a story where in this universe not only can betas take a knot but alphas can take each other's knots.
I like that inclusivity is becoming the norm but for OV I'm kinda questioning what's the point of omegas anymore if their nature is no longer special nor provides any exclusive function to the pack?

2025.01.27 19:52 bgusty State of the roster: pre-free agency
Wanted to do a relatively in-depth breakdown of the roster ahead of free agency. If you don’t want to talk rostedepth/draft stuff, this one probably isn’t for you, so you can tap out now before reading a mini-novel.
Obviously needs can change drastically depending on free agent signings, so this is mostly a high-level assessment of our current talent (and my projections.
Heres how I see the roster, starting on offense.
QB: - JJM, Brett Rypien. JJM is all that matters here for starters. He should be recovered and ready to rock by the start of the season. Probably worth upgrading over Rypien for a veteran and/or bridge. Decent chance Danie Jones could be talked into coming back for cheap to rehab his career, and if not, bring in another option.
RB/FB: - Ty Chandler, Zavier Scott. CJ Ham. This room needs some help. They clearly don’t have much confidence in Chandler, even as a RB2. I’d expect us to bring in a mid-tier vet and a mid round draft pick in a strong RB draft.
WR: - JJ - Addison - Nailor - Jeshuan Jones - Thayer Thomas - Lucky Jackson. WR1-3 is set, and I wouldn’t expect much on this front. Maybe a middling veteran or a late round flyer for WR4/ special teamer.
TE: - Hock - Oliver No TE3 on the roster, but KOC loves Mundt and I would expect he comes back pretty cheap.
OT: - Darrisaw - O’Neill - Rouse - Marcellus Johnson - Leroy Watson Elite starting duo, with the asterisk of we don’t know how much time Darrisaw is expected to miss. He had surgery in November, so could likely be starting by October ish? Could be more could be less. So he’s likely missing anywhere from a few games to half the season, depending on where bye week lands. Rouse likely steps up as OT3, but the fact that he was inactive pretty much all year even after losing Darrisaw isn’t a great sign. I would expect some sort of depth level competition and probably a middling veteran, depending on how Darrisaw’s recovery progresses.
IOL: - Bradbury - Brandel - Ingram - Jurgens - Byrd Fucking ouch. This is one of the weakest IOL rooms in the league, and I’ve been saying that for years. 3 of the bottom tier IOL in the league for starters. According to PFF (not gospel, but generally matches the eye test) Brandel graded out as the 62nd guard out of 77, Bradbury was the 27th center out of 40, and Ingram was 66th out of 77 guards and was benched. Jurgens did not look great in preseason. Honestly I’d scrap pretty much the entire unit. Brandel/Ingram can be cut/traded to save 2.6M or 3.3M respectively. Bring in a whole new group. Maybe bring back Risner with the money you save by cutting Ingram and could maybe keep Brandel as a super sub.
In summary, losing QB1-3 to free agency, RB1-2, WR4-5, TE3-4, OT3-4, C2, RG1.
On to the defense!
IDL: - Phillips - Taki Taimani - Redmond - LDR - Jonathan Harris - Travis Bell Another pretty weak group. Phillips is a solid run stuffer, and Redmond was probably the surprise of the year with some pass rush juice. Taki was a decent NT2 before injury, but the rest are pretty weak. LDR looked good in preseason but never came close to sniffing the field. He played a total of 7 snaps all year in week 16. This group desperately needs an infusion of talent, especially someone who can pressure the QB or collapse a pocket.
OLB/ Edge: - AVG - Greenard - Turner - Richter - Murphy Overall a decent group. We have to hope that Turner at least develops into a solid DE3. We spent a lot to get him, and in year 1 he did not live up to that billing. Richte Murphy have some potential to get some playing time. With limited draft capital I’m guessing we don’t invest much on this position this year.
ILB: - Cashman - Pace - Asamoah - Max Tooley Asamoah is/was a bust pick from the 2022 disaster, and has really only contributed on special teams. I could see them going after a cheap vet or a couple UDFA to add depth, but overall low priority.
CB: - Blackmon - McGlothern - NaJee Thompson - NahShon Wright - Ambry Thomas - Reddy Steward - Kahlef Hailassie Wooooof. We’re losing our CB1-4 to free agency. Blackmon was probably in line to compete for a starting spot this year, and McGlothern looked really good in preseason so I’d expect them to be CB2-4 ish this year, but I think we need a minimum of 2 more starters signed before we even get to the draft.
Safety: - Metellus - Ward No good draft picks to be Cine here. Sorry. I had to. Safety is another room hit really hard with departures. Hitman likely retires, and Theo Jackson and Bynum are free agents. Theo is a RFA, so he’s likely brought back for cheap. I think they re-sign Bynum, otherwise I expect them to sign at least 1 top tier safety.
Overall impression: Two main takeaways: 1) the lack of quality draft picks from Rick’s last year and Kwesi’s entire tenure is catching up to us. We have a lot of departing free agents, and generally no young talent stepping up into the gaps; and 2) Jesus Christ. Feels like every year the IOL, IDL, and CB rooms are a dumpster fire. We haven’t had a quality guard in over a decade, and I think our last truly good CB was Xavier Rhodes.
Beyond the starters, I had to google a bunch of who the hell people were, and I’m a draft junkie. Our scheduled free agents played a whopping 45% of snaps last year, which is the most in the league. I think the only positions that I feel are pretty much set are ILB, OLB and WR. Or if there is going to be any turnover it’s all on the depth end. OT is mostly
The good news is, we have lots of money, and it’s a very strong DT/RB/OL draft. I think the secondary should be an aggressive area of spending, as should the IOL, especially if any premier options hit the market. Lastly, I think it’s beyond time that we really invested in the IDL. We haven’t used day 1-2 draft pick on DT in over a decade I believe, and the last time we truly had a top tier interior was the Williams wall. It’s time for Kwesi to finally hit the strong parts/position groups in a draft (or just hit in general).
Fill out the rest of this roster and set JJM up to develop behind a good OL. We have a rookie QB and the best WR in the league. Time to push for a SB window. Skol!

Hi, so basically, i play Black Legion, and one of my themes of my army is that i get followers of all factions and try to represent within the black and gold, their heritage.
I am getting the EC Army Box. And painting them, almost the same as painted, but i was thinking Black and Gold with 1 shoulder pink, and some other stuff, like the Children of Torment.
Any cool pattern of pink that can go pretty nicely with Black and Gold besides the shoulders ?
