Hi friends - I’m posting here to see everyone’s / anyone’s opinion or if you’ve ever experienced the same thing please share as I feel like I’m losing my mind. After being on a steady dose of tirosint and a small dose of cytomel and finally feeling good - I went hyper. This led me to the ER and they called in a lower dose for me but the pharmacy couldn’t fill it because it was Levo instead (idk I never followed up because I was truly in crisis mode) which led to me just stopping my medication cold turkey for three weeks (the time it took for my endocrinologists office to fit me in).
My experience with endos hasn’t been great - I’m brushed off as anxious most of the time (which don’t get me wrong, I am) but a majority of the time it’s for good reason. My body is freaking out so then my brain does too.
I’m back on medication as of 4 days ago - but god, do I feel awful. I’m dizzy, feel disconnected from myself, I’m having panic attacks, lightheaded etc etc. this disease is so frustrating because it takes 4-6 weeks for our labs to reflect what’s going on.. but now I’m not sure what’s worse, being hypo or hyper.
TLDR: Has anyone ever gone off their meds for a bit like I did and if so, did you get back to baseline? How long did it take to feel slightly better?

So everything is a mess now. H keeps coming by my house, my daughters invite him in and he goes and sits on MY computer everyday to play games.
S lost interest in H and ended up getting pregnant by the son of some rich vampire family. My two daughters and S's aunts started getting into the occult as well and as spellcasters felt betrayed that she got mixed up with the vampires, they kicked the boy out. Only to have his parents come back and kidnap my great granddaughter! I am too worried about this to focus on H's obsessive behavior right now.

2025.01.29 06:00 AndrewHeard Better ways to build prompts?
I’ve mostly been using very simple prompts since I started using MiniMax. My main focus at the moment is image to video, trying to see what I can do with them. But I have noticed that recently the prompts aren’t working so well.
My standard prompts are something like “Character A” and “Character B” followed by an action of some kind.
In the most recent attempt though, it added a pan right and despite having two characters in the image, it invented two new people completely out of thin air and had them do the action. One literally appeared in between the two characters and the other appeared when it panned right.
Clearly I need to have more sophisticated prompts but I’m not clear on how.
Suggestions?
