Had an endoscopy that confirmed mild erosive gastritis and a small hiatal hernia. They took a couple of biopsies from the stomach and duodenum. It's been 5 days since and I feel more pain in my upper abdomen and chest than ever before. Heartburn and reflux and night, that I haven't felt for months now. Anyone had a similar experience? Does it get better? I'm regretting doing the endoscopy.
Doctors are useless. They started me in Nexium 40mg a day and since it hasn't helped they recommend doubling the dose. I don't get it.

Jeg har tidligere været ved Kvindeklinikken i Roskilde, men jeg oplevede hende som meget utålmodig, og jeg fik at vide “at jeg nok lige skulle arbejde med det der psykisk før jeg fik lavet indgrebet” - fordi jeg var et lille øjeblik om at slappe af, som jeg lå der med underlivet blottet.

I’ve got a 2012 MacBook Air that still runs well, but in order to use certain apps on it (e.g., Zoom) I’m going to need to upgrade it to Yosemite or High Sierra. Unfortunately, I can’t figure out how to find them. It seems like they have been removed from the App Store, and when I look on the Apple website, the links are dead and just take me to product pages. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I am a fresher and recently got placed in WIPRO, it's a HRO process and the package is just 3.08 LPA, and the work location is also either Gurgaon or Noida, for which I will have to relocate and search for a room or pg and other stuff, the in hand salary will be around 21.5K and almost 50% of salary if not more will be gone towards rent and food, I'm not complaining but yes it would be difficult, I am currently pursuing BBA, joining a government job is like a goal for me at this moment, but I have in the back of my mind, taking CAT and doing MBA as a backup, I need guidance from someone who can relate to or can see clearly what could be the next obvious step, is it to join the job, or take up CGL preperation more seriously, I know Asking for advice for this much personal decision feels wrong, but when overwhelmed with different things focus becomes miopic, and it's always a good decision to take advice from someone who has first hand experience for the same.

I wanna know if taking my baby to the groomer is the right option here. My dog(Cocker Spaniel) is technically my parents dog but they don't groom her because she hates it so much. I ussally give her a bath once a month (she doesn't like it but will sit for it fine) because her floppy ears are so prone to infection. She's a very good girl but she struggles with other dogs and will not be friendly to them and aggressive behavior when her nails are cut and mats are cut she gets mats behind her ears and I feel so bad because I don't wanna not give her the care she needs but she's so aggressive about her mats and nails and will lash out that's why I wanna take her but I'm not sure if that's a good option. She's very good with people and she loves meeting people and when kids pet her, she understands hand gestures, verbal commands like sit, throw, hands, stay, speak and more, she's whistle-trained, and is okay with being picked up. I'm most worried about the other dogs at the groomers because her aggressive behavior towards them I know groomers are used to dogs that don't do well with grooming. Is it a bad idea to take her to the groomer
