While listening to various lore channels and videos. I heard the story about how a guardsman discovered the STC for a really sharp blade. As such he was rewarded with governorship of a planet.
The blades are so sharp they can cut through metal. So the reward seems fair... which is weird given it's the Imperium. But fairness aside how was he rewarded this? He would have had to report it to his commander. Then the commander to a higher position so on and so forth until eventually it reached the high lords or the mechanicus. How the hell was that 1 guardsman name kept in the documentation probably distributed hundreds of times and rewritten just as many times.
As a side. Could you tell me where this specifically happens? In which book or codex.

2025.01.30 15:03 SafePoint1282 First student loan payment is due soon but I can't afford it
I am still in school. I am getting vocational rehab to pay for my remainder of my classes but I have a lot of mental health issues and work full time living paycheck to paycheck. I have to pace myself and take one class at a time. I was supposed to be in two classes this semester. 2 8 week ones one for first half then one for second half. But I had to drop the first class of the semester because I had to get a medical withdrawal for an old class and get all the paper work together.
What happened is Nelnet is saying because I am no longer half time I will owe money. I cannot afford to take a cheaper class at community college out of pocket to bump myself up to half time credits. Ive never been on any type of payment plan before and don't have a government job. I have hit my lifetime limit for undergrad student loans and even if I didn't I owe $500 in back payments to my college because the last semester I was eligible for student loans I had to drop one of the classes.
Is there anyway I can get in deferment ? I am medically diagnosed with bipolar, autism and adhd but couldn't get disability because I had to work to avoid homelessness. But I do get free mental health insurance from the state Medicare program and services from an outpatient mental health clinic. So I could get a letter from my therapist and my NP regarding my mental health issues and I can provide proof about my financial issues with paystubs and show that I am going to be behind on the rent this month. I have no idea how any of this works would appreciate any advice.

Hi, first time traveler here.
Just wanted to ask for backpack recos that I can bring as carry on luggage. I’ve been eyeing Mark Ryden or Tigernu for some affordable prices but wanted to know if you guys can recommend other brands. I really like those na expandable and with different compartments, lalo na for documents para mabilis kunin.
Looking for something on the cheaper side sana, around 2k max. I saw other posts similar to this topic from a few years ago kaso mahal yung mga nasa comments (again, this is my first flight. Not a frequent traveler din so I’m not into the high end stuff yet). Plus, I’m not sure which brands are compliant with carry on luggage (are airports really strict on this na dapat saktong size?)

I know they have some weird anti-synergies but as a huge fan of Kite and seeing the Tachyon support I kinda wanna play both for fun. The problem is just that I don't know the photon archetype enough and how I can effectively play it with the Tachyon support. Of course it's not competitive use but I just wanna have fun playing with both archetypes (or others archetype you can add if needed)
