I never have any issues accessing high level at my office, but when I try to do it from my personal laptop, I cannot get into my subaccount. I am logged in and everytime I click to switch over to my subaccount, it brings me back to the dashboard where it tells me to "connect to stripe." --- Last time this happened to me, I was able to resolve by using Firefox, but today both Firefox and Edge are not working.

So I recently found out that Microsoft was the top video game publisher last month cause of their strategy of acquiring studios and releasing multiplatform titles. Thanks to their acquisition of Activision Blizzard, Call of Duty sales and stuff like that now count towards their numbers.
On top of that, a lot of their income came from PlayStation players who bought Microsoft games. It's just hilarious to me cause Xbox has been doing terribly when it comes to the console race, yet it is the #1 publisher thanks to its biggest competitor. Like WHAT?

Hi everyone!
I’m working on a TTRPG-focused community (non profit organisation) project with a few friends, and we’re in the early stages of setting it up. The final goal is to create a space (tavern) where people can gather to play tabletop RPGs, participate in creative workshops (mini painting, worldbuilding, etc.), and enjoy themed events around our passion.
Here are the events we consider including in the monthly roster : - DND campaign : everyone can join with their Character and play oneshots that are linked to the bigger campaign which is a story of a tavern and guild, called ales and tales that grows in influence, trying to defend good and slay evil. - Multi session night : same as before, but with a twist : people will choose objectives which have been set up on the questboard by the staff, and each group will play a oneshot accordingly, then tables will merge for a final multi-group big finale - Actual play : people can come and watch our friday night campaign/we will idealy stream it from there once we have the place - movie nights : people can come and watch a movie/movies with themed activities/food - Gig night : pretty self explanatory this one - introduction to TTRPG for beginners : character creation revamped for more fun and less rule writing (minigames to determin stats, tarot for character flaws ...) - workshops : 3d printing, figurines, painting, cooking for the tavern, and more - magic the gathering events And more
Right now, we’re focusing on growing a solid community first, organizing regular events in rent venues, and structuring things properly before considering a dedicated venue in the future. We want to make sure we build something sustainable and engaging for players, storytellers, and fantasy lovers alike.
Since I know many of you have experience running TTRPG communities, clubs, or similar projects, I’d love to get your insights and advice on a few things:
What types of events have worked best to bring people together?
How do you keep engagement high over time?
Any unexpected challenges we should be aware of when running a TTRPG-focused association?
Any ideas of other events that could match the spirit, or any other idea at all ?
If you’ve ever set up something similar or been part of a successful TTRPG group, I’d really appreciate any input or experiences you can share!

2025.01.30 15:12 Bigsam411 One of my drives is getting errors and I'm thinking of replacing with a larger capacity. Does what I want to do make sense?
So I have 6x 16TB drives and 16tb drive in my array. 1 of them is parity and the other 5 are data drives and the 6tb one I use only for my security camera footage. One of the 16tb data drives is starting to have errors and may need to be replaced soon.
I'm thinking of getting a larger than 16tb drive and making that the Parity drive and making the current parity drive one of the data drives. That way when I replace data drives I can just get larger ones.
I think I would exclude the failing drive from all my shares to get data off of it and then remove it from the array. Then I would put the new larger drive in, and make that the partity drive while making the old parity drive a data drive. Does that make sense?
If I get a matching 16tb drive I know I can just easily replace the data drive that is going bad and just rebuild parity. It would also be cheaper. I guess I'm not sure what I should do.

2025.01.30 15:12 MissScrappy I sort of want to mend the relationship with my family
My sister and I don’t talk anymore neither do my aunt or my cousin, aunt and uncle. Another uncle didn’t start back talking to me until I healed. They were all in my business when I was pregnant and when my sister found out I was pregnant by an abuser she pressured me to get an abortion and said if I did have my baby she would take it which made me furious and feel unsupported, well after a vicious assault where he tried to kill me I lost the baby anyway, then there was dead silence from everyone all these people who were all in my business before and I had to handle my court case completely alone accept for one uncle who was there but I feel not necessarily for me but more like because my father has been dead and he did it because that’s what he would’ve wanted. I did lose my mind, started back heavily drinking and started using drugs. I just wanted to be numb and didn’t want to be alone and the drug addicts were the only ones who talked to me or seem to want me around. (For sex, a place to party and to try to get money out of me though.) It took 2 years to snap out of it though and a long hard fight with in and out of rehabs and mental hospitals, therapy, medication and now I’m in a much more stable place.
In a way I still feel betrayed and abandoned but so want to forgive them so I can get to know my nieces and nephew and be able to attend family events which I stopped going to, but in a way I still have too much pride and resentment to reach out. I hoping to surprise them on Facebook with a new set of photos of me looking healthy having gained some weight from recovery, the new partner I have which is a decent man different from the men I usually date and the new daily activities I do.
