Cari amici, come va? Oggi mi prendo qualche minuto e vi narro questa storia molto italiana, soggetto: un mio concorrente. Premetto che sono Artigiano da alcuni anni, sommerso dalla ns burocrazia. Vendo anche qualche prodotto acquistato tramite i canali richiesti dai produttori, che hanno listino prezzi fisso e canali di vendita obbligati.
Ebbene, nel 2021 un privato decide di aprire il suo negozietto online nel mio stesso settore, io in Brianza e lui nel sud pieno. Vuole tenere anche la merce che io produco, ed accetto ad una fornitura di prova. Mando la merce e la fattura, ma il bonifico non arriva. Dopo 3 settimane, arriva il bonifico dalla Bulgaria. Al che, chiedo spiegazioni, e lui mi dice che così non paga le tasse, l'Iva non la versa in Italia, e che ha un bravo commercialista. Al che chiedo di sospendere la collaborazione, perchè la mia commercialista mia ha detto "se puoi, evitati problemi". Ebbene, per ripicca, questo signore ha iniziato a svendere la mia merce, per poi copiarmela e provare a venderla al mio posto. Si è anche frapposto tra me ed alcuni miei distributori dicendo di non acquistare la mia merce, ma la sua. Al confronto via chat è arrivato a minacciarmi di morte, in classico stile camorrista. Ho bloccato e chiuso.
Nel mentre, il tizio si rifornisce di materiale che rivendiamo tutti nel settore tramite canali esteri, senza importazione ed Iva etc etc, e li vende sotto al prezzo di acquisto b2b. Ha anche avviato una mezza produzione tramite un privato in pensione, facendo fatture a terzi per "acquisto merce". Ha anche preso accordi di esclusiva distribuzione con una azienda cinese, che non rilascia MEZZA FATTURA, e che nessuno in Italia riesce a trattare perchè impossibile. Il tizio è andato avanti facendo porcate dal 2021 a Marzo 2024, quando magicamente è comparsa una nuova azienda, una SRL italiana, con codice ateco "altre attività di consulenza imprenditoriale e altra consulenza amministrativo-gestionale e pianificazione aziendale" che assolutamente non c'entra nulla con quello che fa. La prima azienda era un noleggio auto in Bulgaria....
Adesso, visto che è uno stronzo colossale, che mi ha minacciato e che sta dando fastidio a tutti...cosa consigliate di fare? Questo si crede furbo perchè "ha un buon commercialista", ma io lo guardo scavarsi la fossa a mani nude....

I have been trying to help a client find someone that can raise their carport/boat shed. They would like it lifted about two feet to accommodate a different boat. They got a referral last June from Handi-House or something similar of a local person that could do the work, but the individual put off and put off. We have looked online but most places only seem to do new builds. From what the client describes it seems like a fairly straight forward job, for the right person

Hey,
So I’ve been looking for the adventure time dvd box. Including all episodes in English and Dutch if possible. Well, I can’t really find it in the Netherlands. I tried EBay but after a little fight with PostNL who didn’t want to deliver my package after some double tax problems I stopped trying. (I don’t know why but I had already paid taxes via EBay and PostNL tried to make me pay extra taxes) which I refused because I had already paid taxes. So eBay isn’t an option. In fact I’d like to avoid buying from US again. Do you guys have any suggestions how I can get my hands on Adventure time without all the Tax fuzz. Or how to avoid this ?
