I love my Aiden and have had mostly smooth sailing so far. But the one thing that drives me nuts is that you can't see the coffee weight without putting the brew basket in.
I don't need it to go directly to the coffee weight screen, but maybe just put small text below the "Please put in the brew basket" alert you could also show the weight that is needed? That way I could start on grinding while I rinse out/dry the brew basket.
I've seen versions of this request in a few comments, but figured I'd put it in a top level thread so hopefully the Fellow team sees it :)

So my old power supply is done, and i got a new one but it’s a laptop charger. it’s the surf onn. 90W laptop charger, i also have the 35W both did not work. If it’s simply just the charger not being compatible id love some recommendations for a cheap power supply adapter. but from i can read it has the right volts and amps, so maybe monitor? it just turns kinda light grey and black and turns off, tried plugging pc in and doesnt even turn on for the connection to it.

I’ve been playing since before 5th Anni, and this is the only time I can remember where all the previous Anni story events were not available throughout the whole Anniversary. It seems like a really odd choice to have them all available during the countdown, but then have zero story events available outside of the newest ones (and the Daima one). It seems especially jarring when this is supposed to be a celebration of the entire DB Franchise…

Nedavno sam počela raditi u novoj firmi na velikom novom klijentu, pri čemu je firma imala zapošljavanje značajnog broja novih ljudi. Pri intervju sam tražila određeni iznos, no ponuda koju sam dobila bila je nešto niža, ali tad sam bila zadovoljna s tim i obzirom da nisu prihvatili moj iznos nego ponudili malo niže smatrala sam da im je to diktirao budžet. Međutim, sad kad sam počela raditi, shvatila sam da sam se zapravo podcijenila. Iako opis posla pokriva sve segmente onog što ću raditi ugrubo, stvarni opseg je puno širi nego što je bilo predstavljeno. Uz to, kolege (na ne-IT pozicijama, ali nebitno) dobili su jednake ili veće plaće (uglavnom onoliko koliko su tražili) za pozicije s generalno manjim odgovornostima.
Zanima me, postoji li šansa da tražim povišicu sada kad je jasno da je firma imala veći budžet i da sam zapravo sebe podcijenila? Kako sada tražiti korekciju plaće, ima li smisla uopće ili je prekasno za to?

2025.01.30 15:33 NilsHimself Got a Ryzen 7 9800X3D on Sale, But No System for It. Did I Make the Right Call?
A few days ago, I got a Ryzen 7 9800X3D on sale for around €560 and decided to buy it. At that price, I figured it wasn’t a bad deal, especially considering how good these chips are. The only thing is... I don’t actually have a system to put it in yet.
Right now, I’m pretty satisfied with my console and don’t feel a strong need to upgrade my older am4 PC. Plus, with all the negative press around AMD and NVIDIA GPUs lately, I’m hesitant to commit to a full build. That said, I thought getting the CPU at a good price wouldn’t be a dumb decision since I could always use it for my next PC—whether that happens this year or even next year.
What do you guys think? Was this a smart move, or did I just buy a paperweight for the foreseeable future? Would love to hear your thoughts on whether this is worth holding onto or if I should just flip it / return it while it’s still fresh.

2025.01.30 15:33 Eldric-Darkfire How low should I be during play, realistically?
I get coaching twice a month for the last 6 months or more. Something I hear from my coach is to be low at all times. I know this is correct, but I wonder how low I should be? When I ask about this, the coach response is essentially to have my eye level with the ball during play.
What ends up happening during lessons is I am so low that my chest is barely hovering over the table during a forehand where I hit the ball very early (not a push, though)
When I watch pros, it really doesn’t seem like they get this low, maybe unless they are doing a very low loop from their forehand side.
What do you think?
