Heya. I like this site in theory, like it has communities for all my own niche interests and my hobbies but over the past few years it has gotten more and more echochambery and even toxic. I'm honestly fed up with how aggressive and hostile the userbase and the mod teams become when I make a comment that is even slightly critical of the left and left-wing ideologies. I'm fed up with my feed being 24/7 about Trump, Elon Musk and those subjects even in communities that are not even politics or US-themed like Spider-Man and Batman subs. It makes it even more tiring that I'm not American myself and I'm sick to the death of users karma baiting by constantly talking about "le Nazis" or "le evil Right Wingers." I'm just done with it all and I just want a place to talk about games and music without constantly having what Americans think I should support shoved down my throat every single day.

I am hoping for input on modifying monster stat blocks to fit a campaign story. We play in person, so I am not worried about automation. I am open to big picture things to think about in general or specific input.
Verdant Vanguard, stop reading (minor kingmaker spoilers for everyone else)
We are in Kingmaker2e Ch6. The party is approaching hex LV7 with 6 Skeletal Hulks that are intended as undead cyclopses. Vordekai is aware of their approach. I would like to modify this encounter to highlight a PC Ranger with a beast companion and give some cool loot. I am thinking of changing one of the vanilla skeletal hulks to an undead cyclops ranger with a beast companion (maybe a skeletal drake). How would you approach this? New Attack: The claw attack is 2d6+11 damage, but the strength is +7. If I am substituting in a combat lure (thrown), would you keep the +11 damage or just use +7? The to hit mod seems to calculate about right (expert proficiency or trained with potency runes). The combat lure will become loot for the ranger. It might be fun to give it potency runes or a special effect. Pet: Would you try to make the 'pet' an animal companion or just give it its own 3 actions? Would you pull ranger feets to emphasize or buff this interaction? If I am playing with sharing actions and feats, would you add the 'pet' statblock when balancing the encounter?
If it matters, I have about 1.5 years of PF2e experience but have not homebrewed much yet; the ranger currently uses scorpion and boar animal companions, mostly uses a longbow, but picked up a combat lure recently.

FTB here so very new to this whole process. Trying to buy a property which was a new build in 2019 and has had one owner from new. The developer (Avant Homes) installed solar panels on the roof and current vendors have also added CCTV cameras around the property. Is there anything I should flag up to the solicitors or check with the estate agent relating to these 2 things?
In terms of the 10 year builders guarantee from Avant Homes - is it just a case of requesting this to be transferred to myself at completion?

If I were to remove a substantial amount of text from a manuscript that included references created through Paperpile, would the reference numbering throughout the manuscript automatically update/account for the removed references when I re format? I’m scared to make these changes without knowing for sure

this is really just a bit of venting, so feel free to join in if you’re also frustrated.
Obviously I am so grateful to just be alive, I honestly almost died a handful of times before I got my liver and kidney in 2023.
…but these immunosuppressants really make it hard for me to live consistently. I get sick, what feels like, every two weeks. If it isn’t a stomach bug, it’s the flu. If it isn’t the flu, it’s strep. If it isn’t strep, it’s some mystery infection. Migraines, nerve pain (I had some severe nerve damage when I was sick so this might be unique to me lol), passing out, etc.
I’m only about a year out from my two transplants so I’m still very much so in recovery (I was in the hospital for a few months prior to my transplants too) but I just want to get back to life. Within reason of course, but ugh. I’m a musician having to cancel shows, I have clients I’m constantly cancelling/rain checking with…I feel like a flake when I’m usually a very committed person.

I was having issues on my release and started lifting up on my thumb only on the downswing and my release didn't create any more revs but sure felt clean. This opposed to lifting on the back of my hand.
I had one good week trying this and last week at league not so much. Aiming this way is a little more challenging or have to get used to it.
