I am from the United States and I’m planning to travel to Italy in a couple of months. I use an iPhone and my charger is obviously meant for the electrical outlets we have here. Should I buy an entire charger for the European type electrical outlet, or should I just buy a converter? Will my phone handle the difference in current? Many years ago, I traveled to the UK and had a converter for my hairdryer and it still killed the hairdryer.

Hey guys,
I am 27M, and i have been diagnosed with pots today from my PCP. My symptoms are heart rate increase while standing up ( resting hr 65 to standing 90-120), and my HR even goes higher when im walking fast or trying to exercise, i am overweight tho and not in shape at all.
My question now is, i did not have a tilt table test, my doctor only tested my HR and BP while standing and laying down. I dont really have other symptoms, maybe just a bit light headed if i stand up really fast.
Can i be sure that its pots? The symptoms only recently started like a few weeks ago, maybe like 2-3 months.
Really scared that it really is pots or if it gets worse and i cant do anything anymore.

TSH 0.296 Normal Reference range 0.450-4.500 Google tells me I have a hyper active thyroid for being under the normal range.
They didn't test my T3 or T4 (my psychiatrist ordered it) but in the past my t3 has been low and T4 has been high. My psychiatrist told me to follow up with my pcp which I did just waiting for a response
What I don't understand is weight loss is a big symptom , I haven't been experiencing that I lost weight but through diet and excercise
I often feel "hot" and fatigued I'm diagnosed with ibs so I have the diarrhea issue or constipation I have psoriasis so I have dry skin Dry mouth (not sure if that's a symptom) I feel lightheaded when I bend over. I'm not sure about what else I'll have to do more research.
Did anybody else have a similar result?

I’m incredibly proud to introduce a project we’ve been pouring our hearts into—Old School Maple.
As the name suggests, Old School Maple is a recreation of classic MapleStory within MapleStory Worlds. While the game is still heavily a work in progress, our goal is to deliver a nostalgic experience set in the pre-Big Bang era of MapleStory.
Today, we are opening our game for the Cross World Alpha Test to gather feedback and test critical systems. The goal is to evaluate our networking solution that aims to break past the 60-player-per-channel limit in MapleStory Worlds. Instead of isolating players into small, separate instances, our system enables a more unified experience, allowing interaction across a standard 20-channel system, similar to the original game.
This is an early-stage alpha test, which means you will encounter bugs, rough edges, and areas that still need polish. We’re actively working on refining the experience and will be addressing issues as we discover them.
The alpha test will run for approximately one week and will end on Wednesday, February 5. After that, we’ll temporarily close the game to focus on the next stage of development.
Note: Due to the recent DDoS issues affecting MapleStory Worlds, there is a possibility of disruptions beyond our control. If we determine that these issues are significantly impacting gameplay, we may take the game down earlier than planned. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
What Will Be Available in the Cross World Alpha
• Maple Island with quests and shops
• Beginner Skills
• Parties
• Three characters per account
• Six channels in one connected world
To limit our scope, we’re only supporting America & PC platform at the moment. But rest assured we’ll support more regions & mobile gameplay by official launch.
