I am trying to calculate the impact of transferring money from a DB pension to ex-spouse. Valuation for FLV is complete from provider for the years of the relationship, and I think understand those numbers. What I cannot seem to find information on is if I proceed with a transfer from said pension, what the impact will be.
Scenario:
- Started paying into pension in 2008
- Relationship: 2012-2019 (7 years, 10 years pension credit at this point)
- Planning on working in this sector and continuing to contribute to this plan until retirement

I’m a recently turned 19yo. My parents said that they gave me a year to see if I could do anything, and since I didn’t earn money, they want me to leave. I recently got a part time job, but as a freelancer, the money sometimes comes in and sometimes doesn’t. I saved up $3k but they suddenly told me that they want me to leave and not use their money anymore. I don’t know what to do. I’m currently in college studying for a business degree. They are mainly mad that I don’t follow everything they say and have my own opinions. They say that I’m arrogant and that this household doesn’t have room for an arrogant freeloader. I lived a very sheltered life, and I’m ashamed to admit that I don’t have many life skills except for the basics. Even if I want to move out, my measly $3k won’t be able to do anything. I’m really stressed and have no clue what to do. Any advice would be appreciated.

We recently had a dispute with one of my neighbors and Im losing my shit stress out now. I recently move into a new apartment was great for like two weeks and then my upstairs neighbor moved in. I get it I work the night shift before but these people were up all the time and throwing parties but I realize a couple things before I went up to the offixe. I didn't look at this apartment before moving, I move last minute cause of girl job, and I don't have a lot of money to be taking this up with law or anything. Well so I let it go. Quick side note we dealt with the same thing last year before moving but it was the opposite old building and downstairs neighbors would bitch. They eventually move and we ended up moving cause of the floor creeks. Last saturday night when I got off work I came back(half drunk and food sick) Im a cook at a bar. They were throwing a party overhead real bad and my girl ask me to complain and which I said yes. I tell her in my state Im going to sleep cause I feel awful so I pop meds and knock out. She calls the cops twice and doesn't ask to speak with her first or anything so no police report from that night at all. We had video so we went up to the front office and they said "we will handle it and apologize for the inconvenience". Now the follow morning after the complaint she makes the loudest noise every start the old coffee maker, does a super load of laundry(has the washer banging cause she put a shit ton in there), banging around in the restroom all at 630am. Now Im just stress and paranoid in this shitting overprice place watch them damage some of my property and I don't have no money to fix it, police don't do shit in my area, NOW I feel paranoid they listen in my conversation. This feels like it all stems from the neighbors that live from my old apartment cause they keyed my car and use to bang my floor in my old apartment and the cops didn't do shit. Now Im over here stressing that's it's a repeat thing and I didn't pick my battle wisely cause of it. Honestly it's not her fault but at the same time I took into consideration her safety and I had let it go. Now idk what to do and I can't afford to buy protection(Highly probably shouldn't in my current state). I don't like conflict and I hate how I feel weak asf to deal with, haven't threw hands in years, don't own a gun cause I can't justify it, and I only fucking run so Idk. Can someone tell me ts isn't nothing to worry about.

Keyboard doesn't work
My G14 GA401QH keyboard no longer works.
Up until a couple weeks ago it wouldn't work for the first 10 minutes after boot up but would work properly after those 10 minutes.
However, now it will not work at all. I have tried many things to fix this and still no result. It doesn't even show my keyboard in device manager.
Also, occasionally on boot up my laptop will not go past the ROG screen until I force it off and wait about 1 min and then turn it back on. (this issue has been happening for a while as well). I don't know if these two issues are related or not.
The keyboard and boot up issues have been happening for like 8 months.
After much research, I realize this seems to be a common issue with zephyrus.
Please help.

I’m currently working through a memory. Before I begin, I close my eyes with no stimulation and imagine all of the details and feelings to get the suits as high as I can within reason. On this occasion it was a 728.
I’m trying to do EMDR 2.0, so I was gradually building in and retracting additional stimulation as needed. This includes fast colour changing ball shooting in random directions. I don’t really do anything with the colours or symbols around them because that takes my mind off too much. I also do some tapping with both hands and feet and some really easy maths like counting up to a certain number or backwards.
I recently became a bit worried that I was too distracted from the topic so I imagine it in much more detail.
Granted, I only did about 40 minutes, and I haven’t been too intensive with EMDR recently. But I was hoping for maybe two or three reductions in so score at the end of the session. It’s initially felt lower, but then to check if it had had an impact I reimagined the memory vividly again and it was only marginally lower. How I am imagine it again for longer it may have gone up to the same base level.
I want to do longer as I know that’s normal, but I wanted to ask you all how you normally feel immediately after a session. I’m not in a terrible state, just more intact with the memory than at some point. In a way, I’m glad because sometimes I can’t access the emotions, so this is a good thing I guess. I was just hoping the suds would be lower Because I’m taking time off work to get my mental health together, and I can’t stay off forever.
What would you say is normal, if you of the memory and emotions immediately you’ll after doing your EMDR?

I've just received my copy of Wheelock's Latin (6th ed.)
My language background is a bit of a mixed bag. Native English speaker, some Python (completely different beast, I know), and I can get by in French – mostly picked it up through music. The arts, especially poetry and music, are a big part of my life, and I suspect that'll influence my approach to Latin.
Planning on using Anki for spaced repetition(Worked for me before). The etymological side of Latin really intrigues me. I'm no academic, but I've got the drive to learn (and a healthy dose of Stoicism has helped me through some dark times).
So, I'm at the very beginning of this journey. Any advice for a newbie?
Also, if anyone's feeling generous, I'd love a bit of encouragement(In Latin of course).
