2025.01.30 18:11 Automatic_Red Printed a belt to fix my vacuum. Sadly, it did not work.
 | The belt broke almost instantly. There wasn’t enough friction between the belt and the driving spindle, so instead of driving the belt, it spun in place until the belt heated up and melted through. 2025.01.30 18:11 Rathwood Thin/Light Options?
So I currently have an 11" 2015 MacBook Air running Linux Mint that I carry around as my "road warrior." It doesn't need to do much- just email, web browsing, remote desktop, and a little coding. However, with only a Core 2 Duo and 4 frustratingly non-upgradable GB of DDR3, the little guy's age is showing.
A friend recommended a used thinkpad as a replacement citing good repairability and upgradability. I understand that this will come at the cost of some weight and portability (compared to the macbook). That said, how light do Thinkpads get? What would my best option be?

I get 256 hours of pto including paid holidays, you can buy 40 hours of pto, pension, up to 6% 401k match. Health insurance is incredible. Pays for my autistic nephews therapies. Deductible is relatively low. Hybrid work schedule - in office 3 days a week, 2 at home.

 | Ok sooo, I have been working out for all of my life in different sports (Swimming, karate, aikido, boxing, dancing, yoga, and also the gym). I was in the gym for around 2 years but had to take a BIG break because of Uni prep for the admission exams (Which I passed, I got in!). I have good eating habits but I have always had a tendency to hold some more fat than muscle Currently I weigh 65 kgs and I am 156 cm tall. I have a well equipped gym at Uni, I wish I could go back to contact sports like boxing but I can't because of my schedule, so only gym (hypertrophy focused) is gonna be. So, based on my body structure, what should I be focusing on? Personally, I am saving for my top surgery which I am doing in around a year or two max, so I preferred bulking at some point to gain more muscle (which I did), I do not care a lot about holding fat or my chest since I am sure that is going to change and the muscle is going to help the surgeon achieve the best results. Also I do some strength training for fun sometimes, but main goal is hypertrophy. I should cut some fat I am sure, but what else should I focus on? Lats, shoulders? Like when will it get to the point that buyers don't have to use drop notifications or spam refresh?
What I mean, is when will you be able to go to New Egg or Best Buy and actually see cards in stock?

I have a 9gal Fluval Flex that I’ll be setting up soon. It’ll be a botanical/blackwater tank. Would love tips on building an aquascape for an Imbellis! I’ve been reading up on them online but there isn’t a whole lot of info, and I prefer to hear from people that’ve owned one themself. Is it possible to keep a pair in the tank? I have an extra 5gal if I ever need to separate. And are there any tank mates that do really well with them (different from what regular bettas can be housed with)?
