I was obsessed with the first phase of SoD - leveled 5 chars and had a blast in BFD and Ashenvale. Then life got in the way, phases shifted, I made it to 40 and parked (spent a bit in retail, then anniversary). I kept following along for a while but the consensus seemed to be "too much of a good thing" in the later phases. So is it worth dusting off the rogue and returning?

I become so overwhelmed and consumed by a confluence of emotions when I try to write, document or address issues that are emotional for me to the point that I can’t think straight, can’t focus, can’t find the right words, always really struggle to know what I’m feeling but in these situations, I can’t even think through the emotions. I become a bumbling idiot that can’t string two words together.
I desperately need the help of an AI tool that can clearly, linearly and accurately help me write these letters, create documents that are understandable by people.

Hallo,
habe eine Forerunner 245, um meine Läufe bequem aufzunehmen. Für die Statistike etc. nutz ich die Garmin Connect App.
Nun habe ich mir ein E-Bike ( Specialized Vado 5.0 IGH ) zugelegt für den Arbeitsweg.
Das E-Bike zeichnet wunderbar die Rides auf ( Fahrdaten / Kalorienverbrauch etc ) mit dem mitgeführten Smaartphobe samt Specialized App. Allerdings bekomme ich diese Aufzeichnungen nicht in die Garmin App übertragen.
Habe die Specialized App bereits mit Garmin verbunden. Damit kann ich allerdings nur von Garmin auf Specialized übertragen. Die Foreunner 245 hat leider keine Möglichkeit E-Bike Touren von Haus aus aufzunehmen. Habe auch die Strava und Komoot App heruntergeladen. Dort werden die Speicialized Touren angezeigt. Von der Strava oder Komoot App bekomme ich leider auch keine E-Bile Strecken in die Garmin Connect App übertragen.
Am liebsten würde ich haben, dass meine Forerunner sich mit dem Specialized verbindet und zusätzlich noch Herzfrequenz aufnimmt und im Anschluss alle Daten in der Garmin App angezeigt werden.
Vielleicht habe ich einen Denkfehler oder es ist schlichtweg nicht möglich.

I just started my 30L tank 4 days ago, so far there’s only plants in it. In the tap water I used I added water conditioner and bacteria. I am getting a co2 diffuser tomorrow. I live in the Netherlands. The temperature is 22 degrees Celsius. I also got a better light today as the one before was too small. The filter I got turned this brown colour and it’s been running since yesterday morning. Is this normal?
