We are excited to announce a special event aimed at helping members of our community find potential marriage matches! As moderators of this subreddit (u/morpholinoo, u/P3CU1i4R), we manage the event Insha'Allah and assist you in connecting with others who share similar values and goals.
How the event works:
1- You submit your information: Those interested in participating, please fill in the template (in the pinned comment) and DM it to us.
- Sisters, please send your information to the female moderator (u/morpholinoo)
- Brothers, please send your information to the male moderator (u/P3CU1i4R).
3- You contact your match: After receiving your match details, you will have the opportunity to reach out to each other and begin the talks.
4- (optional) Feedback: We encourage you to provide feedback about the match to help us improve future events and refine the process.

This event will run from the time of this post until Monday, February 4, 2025 11:59 PM (UTC). After this time, no more DMs will be accepted, and we will start the matching process.

Hi All! Last night, I mistakenly booked dinner at The Steakhouse for the wrong day on Venezia. Our cruise is in August if that matters. I’ve read the FAQs that say they prefer reservations to be changed online. I followed the instructions, but the only place I can find that shows that I even have a reservation is in my order history, and while there is an edit button, it does not let me click it. The restaurant reservations do not show up in my trip planner or under manage booking. It is in my order history and I got an email receipt. Is there another way to change my reservation reservations that I’m not seeing? Or is it just too soon to change them? Thank you for any insight!

I’m starting a project using 3mm leather cord to crochet with, and need suggestions of methods/products to adhere two runs of cord end to end.
I know there are leather cements / bonds, but these seem to be intended for adhering two faces of leather together, and I’ve had no success with Fiebing’s or Tiger Bond so far- even once set, the ends come apart as I start to work them with a hook. Hoping someone has experience with this so I don’t have to buy and try every glue on the shelf.
Any suggestions would be super appreciated!

16, female, uk, white not sure about my weight / hight
i have a hot glue burn, im not sure if its second or first degree. its definitely infected since its got a foul smell and leaking yellow pus. i cleaned it and put a plaster on it yesterday (a week after i got it) because i thought it was infected. its been maybe 18 hours and i just took it off, the cotton of the plaster is covered in what i suspect to be pus, and the existing scab (i picked some of the scab before putting on thr plaster, i know i shouldnt its just a bad habit) was pale yellow. ill attach a colour reference now. its about a quarter of the size of my palm.
