I have found out recently that a surgery I had 7 years ago was not done correctly and due to that I have pain that I will have to live with for the rest of my life and I need another surgery. I have had people around me talk about suing but I have never even thought about it before but would still need to use the NHS so I am a bit anxious about the process and would like to not be on any public records or my name attached if I did do it.
Is this possible or would my name have to be attached?

I 18f and my bf 19m have been together for a year and a half, it’s been amazing or was I should say.. about a 2 month ago it was like a switch went of in my bf head. We have had arguments before over silly things and we always got over it, but one night I was laying in bed when my bf came over a poked me with the broom, I had been sick with a cold and was sleeping all day so I was a little cranky. I pushed the broom off of me and it hit the wall I truly didn’t mean for that to happen. Bf got mad like very mad I had never seen him mad like that before he hit the broom on the edge of the bed and I panicked and threw my phone at him and I said I’m going for a drive and got up out of bed. He yelled no I’m not leaving like that. at this point I was panicking I have never seen him so mad all because I pushed the broom in to the wall!? I grabbed my purse and keys and tried to get past him and to the door I even threw my purse but he grabbed my shoulders and not really pushed but more like firmly sat me down on the couch, he then said I was being psychotic and crazy, so I stood up walked over to the dishes on the counter and shoved them of the floor while yelling “I’ll show you psychotic”. again not my best moment but I was blind with anger to make long story short I made it to my car and sat in there for a good hour and half cry and yelling and pleading for him to let me leave the hole time he kept saying calmly you’re not leaving like this it’s not safe you to drive like this, I after probably a hour and half maybe 2 hours accepted that I was not ganna make it went inside. bf slept on the couch to make me feel better and the next morning he was overly nice and kept telling me he was sorry I let it go because what ever but 2 weeks later we got in to another argument so I called my friend to pick me up because I new he wasn’t ganna poll the same stunt with someone else’s around . My friends car broke down and we called her friends to flat tow us to my house because it was closer around the same time we got there her bf showed up to and I asked them if I could stay the night with them and they agreed. Bf got mad and asked why and I told him that I would kill him. He got very upset and things happened that I will not repeat here but thankfully are friends where there to stop us. My friends bf to took mine in the house and told him he needs help and what he’s doing is DV and needs to stop i stayed with them for the night and then went home when i walked in the door we and made eye contact we both started crying and apologizing. After that everything has been good he was his normal self again until today. this morning I drove him to work because my car is broken and I need to get to college, I asked him what day it was and he said the 30 and I nicely and no what day like is it Monday or Tuesday and got mad and said I don’t have to be a b**** about it I told him to F off and slammed on the brakes and got out of the car. we where not even a mile from are house and we live in the sticks but still he jumped in driver seat and took off and said I’m being crazy.. so am I crazy? all of are friends agree with me something is wrong I’m not the only person who he’s been mean to we all see something different.. please I need help I’m lost here

All y'all need to look into PANDAS!
It's an autoimmune issue (your immune system mistakenly attacks your brain) caused by infections (usually strep) that causes sudden OCD/psychosis/tics in children, and one of the hallmark symptoms is emetophobia and food restriction. They are truly inconsolable and often refuse to be separated by their parents. Other signs include school refusal and academic decline (such as a sharp decline in legible writing) as well as repetitive stimming behaviors that may look like autism.
It is NOT NORMAL for young children to have OCD. It is NOT NORMAL for them to have full blown panic attacks outside of extreme trauma responses, especially before puberty. This is not a quirk of personality or a result of poor upbringing. There is a real pathology behind this.
While PANDAS had not yet been discovered while I was a child (in the 90's) my psychiatrist thinks that I had/have it, and it CAN cause PERMANENT damage to the brain and cognition. It mainly attacks the basal ganglia and can also effect the vagus nerve which can cause lifetime issues. I have nearly all the symptoms of adults with PANDAS that was never treated and are likely incurable at this point.
Here is a link to the PANDAS network for more information. I also highly recommend the documentary My Kid Isn't Crazy to see real life examples of what PANDAS looks like in children and untreated adults.
If you even have the slightest suspicion that your child may have PANDAS, please, please have them checked for it. This can be treated and reversed with immunoglobulin treatment. The worst that can happen is that they don't have it.
