 | Gentili redditors, commercialisti e non, chiedo umilmente il vostro aiuto perché i fantastici colleghi di HR ne capiscono meno di me e non mi danno risposte. La mia situazione è la seguente: 1) ho lavorato con contratto italiano sino al 6 gennaio 2025 (compreso). Dal 7 sono in contratto estero con una branch estera della mia azienda (NO trasferta, proprio contratto locale per cui quello italiano è congelato) 2) in ragione della mia situazione, dal mio lordo mensile mi sono stati trattenuti correttamente 2231,59 euro (lordo mensile per gennaio quindi 525,08 euro) 3) al lordo mensile, si deve aggiungere l'indennità di trasferta per una trasferta estera effettuata tra novembre e dicembre, e una parte di rimborso spese assoggettabili 4) appare inoltre tra le competenze una voce come "anticipo competenze estero" (non so cosa sia, forse deriva dal mio contratto estero?) 5) la mia situazione è particolare, essendo in contratto estero ma per azienda italiana dai prossimi cedolini della branch locale subirò delle trattenute (hypotax e tassazione su retribuzione convenzionale). Tuttavia queste voci compaiono già da gennaio negli importi neutri. 6) fatte tutte queste premesse, non capisco come cavolo abbiano calcolato l'imponibile Irpef. Ho fatto un sacco di calcoli, chiesto a gpt, fatto varie ipotesi sommando somme diverse per cercare di arrivare a quel valore. A me l'imponibile Irpef sembra altissimo, considerando il lordo di soli 525 euro, l'indennità di trasferta di novembre/dicembre e l'anticipo competenze estero. Non capisco come escano 4748 euro (forse han sommato anche le spese rimborsabili NON assoggettabili?). Se qualcuno mi sapesse aiutare a capire quel numero gli sarei infinitamente grato. Secondo me han calcolato a cazzo e sto pagando troppa Irpef. Anche perché l'anno scorso sono andato in trasferta un mese in Africa, avevo lo stipendio pieno + indennità più alta per il rischio paese e comunque l'IRPEF era più bassa di questa. I had an appointment at my optholmogist six weeks ago. He finally put fluorescein dye in my eyes after not taking me seriously, when complaining about blurriness (as I had complained about three years ago which he told me was probably vitamin deficiency). He just told me I had dry eyes. He prescribed eye lubrication drops (5x a day) for it.
Later that day the secretary called me and booked another appointment for me at the optometrist, which was today. I asked why and she said that I had "wounds on my cornea and such". I had no idea. It was not mentioned in the appointment today either.
No matter how small a wound is; is my optholmogist and optometrist not obliged, legally, to tell me, even if I don't ask?

Hello, i'm having this issue where aiming feels very bad in Delta Force, hip fire or ads, i turned off mouse acceleration from input.ini and disabled Nvidia Reflex Low Latency but i still feel like there is an input lag and my aim is not precise. One day i have great aim and consistency then the next day it's horribly off that drives me crazy.. I wasn't used to changing my sensitivity settings this much as i did in the last month. I don't know what's going on but it kills my excitement to play this game. I also don't have DLSS Frame Generation. V-Sync is off.
I have a gaming laptop with i9-13980HX and Laptop NVIDIA 4070, my CPU is damaged by the Intel Instability issue and i'm using it underclocked to make my system stable again, this costs a bit performance and i don't know if this is related. I have a wireless Logitech G305 mouse and it's right next to the receiver which goes into an USB 3.2 Gen 2 port (i don't have USB 2.0 to use my mouse with, it's recommended that way for Logitech mice).

So I've been playing rocksmith for a four years now , 1st on rythm guitar than I transitioned to Bass .
I have been loving it and can finally play a bunch of my favorite songs now ....UNTIL I decided to buy the Blink 182 songs and well I'm complete trash I guess and haven't learned anything.
All the metal and prog and classics I have been playing couldn't prepare me for this.
I'm only kinda of kidding sadly 😆
My fingers and wrist feel like they are going to explode when trying to play these um so yeah I'm very lost on how playing these is possible without my hand exploding against the wall. ?

I went to the doctor on Tuesday and he told me that I'm becoming more fat! I'm not fat at all, I'm just 153 pounds but I have been thin all my life. I used to be skinny but when I was growing I becomed more fat. I want to be like I was when I had fourteen, I probably weight around 130 pounds, I want to be like that again.
Furthermore, in college after vacations they told me that I look more fat! I think it's the china food because I bought at least one every week. And the fried chicken, don't forget the fried chicken. Fried chicken is very popular in my country.
When I was younger I had a great metabolism I could eat anything and I didn't become more fat, I think I'm becoming an adult now so things are changing haha. I'm gonna start to doing exercise and eat less fast food. The great thing about me is that I don't want to become muscular I just want to be skinny so I don't need to do a lot of exercise but I regonize that is important to do strenght exercises because when you grow more is more important being active.
