Hi, I bought an Apple watch for my grandmother which is a complete joke except for detecting falls. I'm looking for a watch that would allow me to be alerted immediately (1 minute max) on my phone in the event of a cardiac arrest, for example, so that I can intervene within 5 minutes.
My question is : If I get an Android for my grandmother to configure the watch, can the watch be autonomous with an e-sim even if the phone is switched off and can we configure numbers for relatives to alert without necessarily going through the emergency services?
My aim is really to have an alert within 1 minute on my phone (iPhone) in the event of a fall or especially a cardiac arrest. An Apple Watch doesn't allow this at all (the person's phone has to be On and nearby to send heart rate information and even when this is the case, updates take a century to be sent to another iphone so it’s useless).

2025.01.30 23:25 TheSovietTurtle Fairly new to the franchise, wanting to get into the comics, but feeling a little lost.
Sonic is a franchise I always kind of kept at an arms length. Not really exactly sure why, but that is what happened. I played a small handful of the games but never read any of the comics, didn't watch any of the cartoons, anything like that.
My friends and I watched the Sonic 3 movie, and I decided this stuff is actually kinda cool and wanted to give it a shot. So I started with Archie issue 1, and man is it starting to drag on. I'm not hating it but a lot of this early stuff is pretty unrecognizable from an outsider looking in. For reference I'm about 30 issues in by now.
So, I see what other people have said, and they recommended starting with either issue #160 (where I believe the current writer took over) or #252 iirc since that's where things start to reboot. So I try that, only to just kinda be dropped in, and even in #160, they're referencing events that had just happened in the previous issue, and pretty major characters like Metal Sonic and Shadow are now just... there.
Essentially what I'm trying to ask is: is there a better starting point aside from these very early days that has little to do with the franchise now, but doesn't drop me completely in the deep end surrounded by a bunch of stuff that it feels like I have no context for?

Hi,
it seems to me, but I'm not sure if it's right, that the base V2 (the base used for the gentle form of the verb) of a verb creates the noun referred to that verb.
For example: "to speak" is 話す (hanasu) and "story" is 話し (hanashi)
and also "to walk" is 歩く (aruku) and "walking" is 歩き (aruki)
or "to think" 考える (kangaeru) and "thought" 考え (kangae)
Is this correct or am I taking a mistake?

How I explain the Rubik's cube.
You can fundamentally understand the movement of the cube and pieces up to the First 2 Layers, simply by knowing how to use "empty slots", like a sliding 2D piece puzzle for example, 8 pieces and 9 slots, moving everything around with the 1 free slot to put it together.
The "empty slot" in this case, would be the TOP LAYER of the cube. You can choose to take a crack at the First 2 Layers Yourself, or watch the J-Perm video on that one.
F2L pairs are a little tricky to get together, but once u understand the very few patterns you are left with, after solving the white cross, it will make sense with time. not much, but persistence, multiple solves, and time.
To begin solving the Last Layer, You want to make the top yellow cross. This, however, starts getting a little too overwhelming to fully grasp. you kinda just gotta know what to do with what pattern, and memorize up to 5 sets of sequences.
to begin to solve the yellow cross, first, check how much of it is already complete. if there is only a yellow dot, then follow this RIGHT HANDED pattern.
LEFT AND RIGHT TURNS ARE ONLY THE TOP LAYER TO AVOID CONFUSION. it goes as follows.
*1 Layer Face turn to the Right
UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT
*Reverse the beginning Face turn back to the Left.
Now u notice u have an L of Yellow Squares. put them in your bottom right making a lower case "R" shape.
this time, do a DOUBLE LAYER face turn, meaning u turn the Yellow Core to your right, then follow the same RIGHT HANDED pattern. it coherently looks like this.
*2 Layer face turn to the Right
UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT
*Reverse 2 Layer face turn back to the Left
Now u notice u have a yellow cross. the next step is to turn it until the sides "dripping down" from yellow, match their core. they will either be adjacent (Orange and green are beside each other) or parallel from each other (Red and Orange opposites match for example)
You want them to be adjacent, (beside each other) but if they are parallel, you have to do this step twice.
If matching side-core pieces are parallel, line them up straight forward, and do this RIGHT HANDED pattern as follows.
UP, LEFT, DOWN, LEFT, UP, DOUBLE LEFT, DOWN, LEFT
Now u see the side-core pairs should be able to be made adjacent. when in this state, have the matching side-core pairs on your RIGHT SIDE and IN THE BACK. repeat the pattern.
UP, LEFT, DOWN, LEFT, UP, DOUBLE LEFT, DOWN, LEFT
Now the yellow cross and all side pieces are able to be made in the correct place. the only parts unsolved are the yellow corners. most of the time, none of them are in the right place, but there are a few things u can notice or pay attention to, to repeat the same moves less.
IF none are in the right place, do this RIGHT HANDED pattern on any side.
UP, RIGHT, LEFT SIDE UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, LEFT SIDE DOWN, LEFT
Now 1 corner is in the right place, (positionally not always rotationally) and the other 3 mixed up. IF the unsolved corner piece to the left of the solved piece has ANY matching colors, u put the solved corner on your left side, (CUBE ROTATION DONT TURN ANYTHING) and do the LEFT HANDED pattern, mirrored compared to the RIGHT HANDED pattern for example.
RIGHT, UP, LEFT, RIGHT SIDE UP, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT SIDE DOWN.
IF the corner piece left to the "solved" corner piece has no matching colors, do this RIGHT HANDED pattern as follows.
LEFT, UP, RIGHT, LEFT SIDE UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, LEFT SIDE DOWN.
Now every corner piece should be in the right spot, just not rotated correctly. There are two algorithms to learn here in this state. First, turn the cube upside down and observe which side the yellow corner piece faces, when in front of you.
If the Yellow Square is on Your RIGHT SIDE, do this RIGHT HANDED pattern.
UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT.
Now the yellow corner is in the right place and rotated the right way, while leaving the rest of the cube seemingly scrambled.
Rotate the bottom layer to another unsolved yellow corner, observe which way it's facing, and apply the correct algorithm.
If the unsolved yellow square is FACING YOU, do this RIGHT HANDED pattern.
LEFT, UP, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, UP, RIGHT, DOWN.
Congratulations, you've solved the Rubik's cube.

Sorry to post this where problably Im gonna look like a noob but honestly I don't care Im doing the TWW campaign on my warrior to get the Hallowfall plate armor, but I didnt got the gauntlet trasnmog. Im almost sure I didnt do all the quests cuz when the expansion got released I did it on my warlock and no problem at all I have the full set, but on my warrior I dont have it. Is there a way to find if I completed the whole campaign on my warrior or to find the quest cuz on the map and on the quest log it doesnt show nothing and I want the set without having to lvl up a new plate character all the way to 70 and repeat the same boring quests
