Just wanted some thoughts- or wondering if anyone experienced anything similar! I feel like my LH is remaining pretty high through Inito. (this was a second surge) My Premom strips have been back to low since CD33 though.
Some background, I got my Mirena IUD removed early November, which I had in for 7yrs. This cycle started with my first actual period post-iud, before it was just spotting. It’s probably just my body adjusting or residual LH but would love to hear if anyone experienced something similar? Thanks in advance! 😊

His old owner didn't really clean them so they've built up a lot. I would appreciate any advice please.
What i do: q tip for the inner areas around the nose and then a cotton pad for the eyes (I do the area around the nose again with the cotton pad)

Pharmacist here, I know "a bit" about breast milk compounds and formula.
This post is not to say "They lie, formula milk is always better". No, I don't mean that. I agree, breastfeeding is preferable than formula, it's not only cheaper but also it has a specific mix of compounds that change over time and that are designed from nature for that little person.
BUT. I think FAO, FDA and those authorities don't seem to understand: MOTHERS DON'T CHOOSE FORMULA BECAUSE THEY THINK IT'S MORE NUTRITIOUS. It's instinctive to breastfeed your baby, your breasts produce milk when the baby cries!! No, moms who feed their babies formula do it because they have no better choice:

  1. Maybe the mom doesn't produce enough milk, quantity and/or frequency. And we don't want a starving BABY.
  2. Maybe the baby hurts their mom when sucking. Maybe the mom has very sensitive nips.
  3. Maybe the mom is taking medicines that go through breast milk (certain antibiotics or medicines for asthma). Even if the amounts are small, THE BABY HAS AN UNDERDEVELOPED LIVER AND COULD GET INTOXICATED. Normally there are options that are safe for breastfeeding but other times it's just not possible.
  4. Maybe (rare) the baby has a rare and specific illness and needs special nutrients.
There are even some formulas that are paid by some governments. It's not a whim, a trend or a belief that it's healthier. Sometimes Mother Nature does things wrong, and natural selection would leave those babies starved.
I would say: "If you can breastfeed your baby, it's great for them. But don't feel ashamed for feeding them formula if necessary, it's safe and nutritious. It's like a prosthetic leg, no one would say flesh legs are better for walking, we assume when someone has a metalic leg it's because they can't walk with the natural"

I really enjoy gaming on the Apple Vision Pro, and have been using GeForce Now on the Nexus+ app until now. However I’m getting quite sick of stuttering for no apparent reason (wifi 6 mesh network, stable 300 up and down speeds, zero package loss according to speedtest, no interference according to router scan).
I am interested in trying out the Portal app, but unfortunately I don’t own a PS5 or Xbox to try it out. If it really works, I’d be willing to buy one and ditch GeForce NOW.
* How well does it work in terms of video quality and latency? Compared to GeForce Now for instance?
* Can I set up the app once and leave the PS5 unconnected to a TV forever? (I wont ever be playing on a TV)
* Is there any caveats to be aware of?
* Is it likely that my stuttering issues from GeForce will transfer to Portal? Again my wifi is S tier on paper but somehow GeForce stutters

In August, my contract role didn’t get renewed so I was forced to leave. During that time, they were trying to get me into a FT role but didn’t get anything approved in time.
I became friends with my recruiter I was working with and in SeptembeOctober, she got me an opportunity to come back in a contract-to-hire role. I did some casual interviews with people who pretty much knew me and as she was drawing up the written offer
 the CEO took that role away. She felt so bad giving me the news that my offer got rescinded, but we remained hopeful that a FT role would open up.
December rolls around and she excitedly lets me know that 2 FT roles opened up! Same roles, different departments. It was me against 3 other candidates that were also ex-contractors, but I was the only one who has formal experience doing this role in particular. I even got to interview with my mentor, so I was feeling good. Yesterday, my recruiter told me she had 4/6 scorecards back and they were all “strong yes” and she would let me know by noon the next day.
Well
 waited in agony and she asks to call me at 2:30. She wouldn’t wait that long, much less call me just to reject me, right? I was wrong and the worst part is, no negative feedback. All positive, it was just down to me and the other two (the fourth was flat out rejected). I was the only one with experience doing the job and that wasn’t enough. I’ve spent the past 2 years cultivating these relationships and now I’m just feeling incredibly stupid. Trying to remain hopeful but it’s feeling bleak getting knocked down time and time again by this company.

I have an almost 6 week old and right now we just follow wake windows and sleepy cues, following the eat, wake, sleep routine. We try to expose him to sunlight during the day and keep things dark at night. We’ve gotten one five hour stretch, a couple four hour stretches but at night it’s mostly 2 or 3 hour stretches.
I know he’s still super young so I’m not really expecting a rigorous schedule, but wondering if anyone has had any luck with anything?
