2025.01.31 00:15 DaddyTankLegs This game is rigged.
Never got around to playing Black/White till now. (I've played plenty of other titles) The game is fine, except that it seems like the RNG is out of wack.
-My attacks are "evaded" 24/7 without lowering my accuracy first. -Getting confused caused 5 attacks IN A ROW to hurt me instead (prompting me to make this post) -Wasted 10+ pokeballs on a Sawk that was 1 hp but would escape no matter what ball I use. -Unusual amount of Critical Hits from the opponent at times. -Opponents tend to spam sand attack if equipped. (THIS one is probably the most irritating lmao)
Am I alone/crazy for thinking this? Anyone else had a similar experience? 🤔

This month's charge for trash is $234.46 for 12/1 to 12/31. The previous amount was $187.86 (11/1-11/30).
This is a 2 bedroom apartment in Uptown, two occupants.
Are these amounts in anyway reasonable / comparable to other Oakland apartments?

I worked a gig for 5 years. A place that was constantly verbally degrading and gaslighting. If you weren't willing to be there every waking breath, skipping breaks and not going to the bathroom, then you were worthless. I was pretty young and innocent and naive when I started at 19. Fresh to the adult world and so eager and happy. It was really, really good before the abuse kicked in. After the first year, the namecalling and degrading and department wars and battles really started to break out.
When I called for an end and wanted to leave I was told that no job will ever be better than this, this was the best I could do, no one would want me because I was too sensitive, emotional, and a crybaby when all I wanted was for a certain level of respect and dignity and chance to go pee in the work place. I was so young and new to fulltime work that I ended up believing them... believing that nothing would be better and I stayed...
Five years later, I quit, I've had lots of therapy trying to be less 'sensitive' but turns out it's just how a person responds to trauma. I had a short one semester internship that ended and now I'm graduated and jobless without the confidence to really put my neck out there. I'm scared of my own shadow practically after all those years, and I'm shaking just writing this down. How do I keep working now? How do I heal from this? Is there somewhere better out there?..

 | Ran in to a cool traveler at the Anomaly. Had a few minutes of cool interaction but unfortunately I'm on Ps5 so I couldn't respond to his chats past some basic emotes. This is really my only complaint in the game at this point. It makes it hard to socialize in passing with fellow players and I think expanding on the multi-player side of the game should be the next big step. However, despite this it felt cool as heck to vibe with another traveler for a bit after spending so much time crossing the stars. 2025.01.31 00:15 brookleiaway I have nausea/bloating reaction to anything from bread to soy sauce, but beer is fine?
Ive been GF for 3 months (was previously on a low carb diet from my doctor but that wasnt working, so they switched me to try gluten free). Its been amazing, my energy is back, im not bloated anymore, i feel normal again. I accidentally had soy sauce a month ago and the reaction came shortly after, i bloated up and was nauseous for days, couldnt sleep at all. Since then I'm hard GF, but completely forgot beer is made of wheat. I had it for the first time a week ago, and realized after it has gluten (i think?). I waited in dread for the reaction, but nothing changed. I had another one today and im still fine. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I feel guilty?

I started taking Mary Ruth's CoQ10 Liposomal liquid. A teaspoon is 75mg. I take it in the morning. I've been feeling a little better lately, and after 3 days of this stuff I actually did not need a nap! woohoo!
But... I realized that I've been very restless. And today, I rage responded to someone on Reddit, and I rage responded to an ignorant comment on Facebook. Then I rage emailed a web developer we hired for a project, because it has been poor work and she was blaming us for the delays. Then I still wasn't done and rage emailed digital marketing guy we hired who accused me of doing something I hadn't done at all. Good lord!!
So... maybe see if I can take HALF a teaspoon of this stuff???
Another data point I did not expect: my heart rate and "stress" (as recorded by my Garmin - take with a grain of salt) were actually pretty good today. Kinda shocking with all the rage.
