Let's be real here AT&T. In 5 minutes I can find multiple posts of impropriety. Crammed phone lines. Crammed insurance. Reps outright lying. So why is it when anyone tries to get help I am cornered like a rat and have to say no multiple times....and half my time is wasted on irrelevant topics. If I want a new phone line I will let you know....otherwise...
The answer to this part is important. Don't ask to reach out or try to go through channels that aren't typical. If a month from now....or 4 months from now...or this holiday season. What number or where can I call to get an actual problem solved. Actual true customer service. Not some division asking me a thousand questions about family and work. Not somewhere offering to add something to a cart and ship it out. Do you know how brazenly egotistical that is of your company? You know what they say about assuming things? So why does every representative assume sales are going to happen? I had someone keep me on the phone for 45 minutes and before anything got fixed they were asking for a debit or credit card to ship me a new phone on a new line. I DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT. What are you doing as a company? You pawned off tech support to Asurion basically. I don't even think you have dedicated Android and iPhone support either. Aren't you supposed to be the premium product? You sure are priced like it. So why does every employee and rep act like sleazy used car salesmen? The worst ones are borderline predatory and malicious. There are telemarketers with less aggressive tactics.
So just answer the one question. Don't tell me 611 or 8003310500 either. Called them. Issues don't seem to be a priority but trying to sell me a bunch of stuff is. So who or what or where can someone call for real customer service. The kind we expect from one of the most expensive carriers in America. Not just me but all of us...

I lost my mom last year, she died of Covid. Everyone keeps saying it wasn’t my fault, but I know it was. I know it was 100% my fault. I was the only one who could’ve given it to her. I was the only one who left the house. It doesn’t matter what people tell me, because the reality is that I’m the reason she’s dead.
Now I think I’m sick. And I’m terrified of the possibility of it being Covid. I was out around other people last Saturday, I’ve been coughing, my ribs and chest hurt. My brother has an immune system unlike my mom who didn’t but I can’t think of anything but the fact I might end up making him sick. I can’t lose someone else, I can’t let someone else die. I can’t be the reason one more person dies before their time. I already feel like a bad omen all the time, i already feel like I’m bad news for everyone around me. I don’t think I could live with the guilt if something happened to my brother.
Even if nothing happens, the idea that I might have Covid again holds so much baggage for me now. I feel like if I get it again it’s just proof that I’m a bad person, a bad son.
If I get Covid again then it feels like I’m no different than I was a year ago. Like I haven’t changed, like I’m just as horrible of a person as I was back then. It feels like a moral failing on my end. I don’t know if I could handle it being covid. I miss my mom.

Hey everyone, I’m dealing with a frustrating housing issue, and I could really use some advice from anyone familiar with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) properties, Section 8 (PBV), or housing discrimination laws.
My Situation: • I’m 31 years old, financially independent, and have a Project-Based Voucher (PBV) through Section 8. • I applied for an apartment at a LIHTC property, and despite meeting all income requirements, I was denied solely because I’m a full-time student with no dependents. • The property is citing the LIHTC “student rule,” which prohibits households made up entirely of full-time students. • This rule was originally designed to prevent dorm-style housing, but I’m a fully independent adult who needs affordable housing.
Why I Think This Is Wrong: • I am NOT dependent on my parents and fully support myself. • My PBV is supposed to ensure I have access to affordable housing, yet I’m still being denied. • Other PBV recipients who are married or have kids get approved, but I don’t, which feels unfair. • The LIHTC rule doesn’t seem designed for people in my situation, and I wonder if there’s an override or exemption I’m missing.
