So I recently went into business for myself. It’s going good so far and I’m steadily picking up more customers. But on slow days I’ve started helping another local guy who has a few employees. He pays really good but the issue is he is the BIGGEST HACK I’ve ever worked with. He wants me to lead the changeout crew while he catches service calls.
After about 6 jobs with him, this is what I’ve learned:
- He doesn’t believe in pulling vacuums
- He doesn’t believe drains need fall
- He told me he has dumped 410 on 22 and “it works fine”
- He thinks checking capacitors on PMs is “fucking stupid”
- He doesn’t even level pads
- He jumps out every door switch first thing
- Typical changeout is flex connector thru the cabinet, no drip leg, no electrical fittings
- Heat trap or wet rags are “bullshit”
- Load calculations are “fake”
- “I’ve added refrigerant to a unit on start up maybe 4 times in 25 years”
- Subcool & superheat are “stupid”

With some representation of each of the main characters. A floating brown coat for mal, a teddy bear in coveralls and tutu for kaylee, a rectangle with a cross inside for Sheppard book, an orange beanie for Jane, a leaf for Walsh…
But I can’t think of what I want to represent Inara, , Zoe, the doc or river. And given the meaning behind the tattoo River is the most important to represent to me
Any help with ideas is appreciated, art even more so! Will post back once it’s done, but it may take a couple months to finalize and find the right artist

I'm a new independent trainer working with 3 practice clients. We've done our consultations and I'm going through the health-risk appraisal phase. I had them do the PARQ, HHQ, and IC, but I don't feel like I have enough info to do this properly. Looking back through my ACE books, they say I should also have them fill out the "agreement & release of liability", " "exercise history of attitude questionaire", and "medical release" but I don't think these cover what I'm missing, which is specific cholesterol/lipid levels.. the client answered "no" to having high cholesterol or abnormal lipids but don't I still need to know specifics for HDL atleast?
Am I missing something? What forms do yall use?

Hi everyone! I placed my order on Monday the 27th. When I checked the site it still says Unfulfilled, shop doesn't give an update. I live in Vegas and I heard the timeline is about 3 days depending on how close you are to them. I googled the closest is Irvine, CA, about 5 hours from me. Any info on the wait time or an accurate one? Just want to have a realistic idea of when to expect it.

I've upgraded to a mini 3 from a mini se and the only reason was the range wasn't enough on se ..I am finding that the se has a smoother video playback on my 4k tv and isn't jittery as the video of the 3. I'm not sure what to try, maybe set the mini 3 to 2.7k like the se.. also the 3 records in 5m increments with the se in 13m increments what to change please, se has 32gb sd and 64 in 3

I got her NIB for a pretty good price so she finally arrived and I decided to take her out of the box to preserve the backcards and merch slips. I then realized her hair quite literally felt like hay and was falling out of her head and tail as I took her out.
