So I recently took my 2020 Hyundai Elantra GT in for a wheel bearing noise that I assumed was the issue. Upon Diagnosis from the Dealer, they stated that the noise was my back left tire. They stated that it's "badly chopped". So I went to America's tire the next day to get a replacement however America's tire technicians stated that my tire was okay and that it looks "cuffed" but is perfectly fine and poses no safety hazard. I'm a bit puzzled if I should replace the tire or not as i Just got this tire set maybe 10k to 15k miles ago (they're pirelli cinturatos). Let me know what you guys think, thanks.

Hi guys, wanted to know if my understanding is correct. I'm not really much of a gamer I can see that EQR6 does a power throttle to the CPU at 35W limit and I want to maximize the performance I can have with it.
Doing a search on these 2 CPUs make me realise that the 7735HS TDP is 35W while 6600h is at 45W. Does it mean 7735HS will run much better at this power compared to 6600h or both will be similar due to the limited power it provides to the CPU?
On amazon in my country, the difference between 6600h (16gb+500gb), and 7735hs (24gb+1tb), the difference is about $85. Do you think it is worth upgrading it?

Hello community. I am writing this due to something a colleague mentioned about his contract situation which alarmed me and was seeking some advice in ways i could help him.
Basically, we both work the same job (recepcionist) at the same hotel during the same shift (night). My contract states a full time position as working 4 nights a week, 8 hours per day. My colleague works the same amount of nights, yet he seems to have a part time contract.
When i asked him about it, he said the position was advertised as a full time position, and at no moment before signing did they company explicitly say anything about it being a part time contract. Now they are claiming they are unable to do anything about it since the contract has been signed.
This seems completely wrong to me, and i am worried about my colleagues well being. Any advice as to how to proceed? Who to talk to? What actions to take?

I’m sixteen female, I turn seventeen in a week. My friend? Is 19 male.Ok so I’ve already posted about this situation but it got a little more confusing.
I met my friend on the first day of my job, he was my trainer. We work fast food. We’ve know each other for a few weeks now. He invited me to his church’s bible study because we’re both religious. We spend our breaks together. This isn’t a pity friendship either. I just wanted to state that. But when I went to the Bible study I had people coming up to me asking what I majored in, yet again I’m 16, I mentioned I was 16 my first day to him. Clearly he forgot because when I got there he wasn’t there yet, but when he got there I asked him if he knew I was sixteen. He was kinda surprised but not that concerned. Now I have never had a friend age gap and I wasn’t sure how to react. It kinda weirds me out sharply because he’s an adult and has stuff to do with being an adult and I don’t. Then one day we were on break he asked me for my number, not in a weird way, it’s not like he asked for my number because he wants to date me, right?also he didn’t ask for my number because of work, we have a app to contact people.
I should have started off with he’s socially awkward and so am I. But we got to texting. Now we’re four nights into texting each other till one. This got me questioning a few things, like how does he feel about me. Also three years isn’t that bad of an age gap. Also he’s really religious which isn’t a bad thing but he knows the Bible like the back of his hand. But my friend keeps making the joke he’s grooming me. Idk what to do.
