2025.01.31 03:20 scooter8484 Why do I constantly burp for no reason?
It might be psychological but I don't really know. I feel the urge to burp non stop when I'm by myself or watching TV and in the car. I do not have OCD but maybe it's compulsive behavior. I feel a lot of built up gas but it still could be OCD tendencies.. Maybe out of boredom.. I don't have acid reflux because nothing is coming up that's acidic. I'm a 40 year old man so I shouldn't even be doing this. It's been only happening the last year. Might even be stress related. My diet isn't good and I'm 275 pounds so I'm overweight. I'm on medication for bipolar depression and they help manage it a lot. Maybe it is a new habit I've developed, but it has to be psychological in nature but I'm confused. I don't excessively burp in p ublic around people or when I'm actively doing something I keep it to a minimum.

I'm kind of new to actually playing Pokémon games and don't know how to build a good team so I was looking for suggestions. I just started playing platinum after finishing emerald and decided I want an Infernape and garchomp on my team because they look cool, what other pokemon should I get, my goal is to use them through the whole game and beat the E4 and cynthia. (p.s. No gyarados, I just beat emerald using only gyarados lol.)

I (16 F) am thinking about taking my life between February 9-16. I will be left in a different state alone from my mom and sister so I think then is the best time but I’m not sure how or when I should do it. a little background story. My mother has always mentally and emotionally abused me and sometimes physically she also lets her boyfriends out there hands on me and my sister. She has manipulated me my whole life and even left me home at a young age, at points she would hit me or when arguing she would call the cops and say I pulled a knife or threatened my life or hers and they would take me to mental hospitals. she has told me to kill myself she has called me things no parent should call there kids and i really want to call and report her but I feel bad about it. She is a registered nurse and tec at a big hospital so nobody ever believes me especially cops. she has many cps cases open of child abuse but they do nothing about those cases and just let them sit. She always pulls the “I’m just a stressed single mom with an out of control teen” and use her badge of a N to get her out of everything and they believe it everytime. she drinks every single day even sometimes in the morning she has bought alcohol for minors including my sisters and as well as weed and nic. I was kinda raised by my aunt and uncle. She has done nothing but put me through hell and mental abuse since I was a kid even once I was sexually touched to the point of bleeding by her now ex husband at the age of 7-8 and she knew and did nothing. I feel like this is my only way out.
