If it's from age at all. 25F, I used to be a big carbonated drink person (often had multiple cans a day, and in a row) but now in the last year or 2 it makes me so bloated. Where did the gas go when I was younger that I didn't get bloated? And why has that changed?

I would preferably have just one handle/lock per door like the photo but I'm not sure if that is enough security or if a deadbolt is required as well? Is there an all in one unit that is not prohibitively expensive? I've been following this sub for years and have occasionally participated. Now, I find myself at a bit of an inflection point in life. I'm 44, single, and working in government, earning $160K (W-2) plus an additional $20K–$22K in interest income.
Earlier in my career, I worked in sales (mostly financial services) before transitioning into audit and financial analysis, where I’ve spent the past 13 years. However, it looks like my time in government may be coming to an end, and I’m starting to think seriously about what’s next.
Has anyone here successfully transitioned from government to the private sector? I’m concerned about the challenges of making the switch but know that I want to continue growing my income over time. The challenge is figuring out the right path.
I’m open to learning new skills if needed and believe I have at least one major career pivot left in me. I’ve always been inspired by the success stories and income levels shared here, and I’d love to position myself for similar opportunities.
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't worried about how this may all play out. But I am trying my best to be optimistic.
Any advice, insights, experiences or ideas on potential career moves, skills to obtain or industries/careers to consider would be greatly appreciated!

These last few chapters have using this unbelievably dumb formula.
-Allied get slightly overpowered, use their true strength to defeat this fodder, the guy who can actually be scaled to Kings and means something shows up, Allied are embarrassed by him cause PTJklikes doing that ig, some other guy helps them.
Like, do i have to mention the problem with this? What happened to writing actual good fights?
And about unscalable fodder thing, he does the exact same thing everywhere, for example in Manager Kim where the main characters keep beating up people who were hyped with some meaningless backstory only to get beaten up. Do they not realize that this accomplishes nothing, cause we don't actually comprehend how good the feat is?

Nobody likes me like that. Every person I've liked didn't like me back. It's always "there will always be someone else," but there really isn't. I know I'm not pretty, and I feel worse and worse every time I fall for someone who doesn't like me and never will. I just want someone to fall in love with and go on stupid dates and vent to and have them vent to me and hug and touch..I haven't even had my first kiss yet and the way I'm going I'm probably gonna end up still being this way in my 20s. Este tempo não inclui o tempo de aeróbico (15 minutos) e o de alongamentos/mobilidade. Para referência, descanso 2 minutos entre as séries e entre os exercícios dos grupamentos maiores (peito, costas e tríceps), às vezes 02min30s quando considero que não estou plenamente recuperado. Músculos menores (bíceps e tríceps) descanso de 01min30s.
Treino: Upper A: 1- Remada curvada 4x.
2- supino reto com halteres 3x.
3- Puxada alta 3x
4- crossover polia alta
5- posterior de ombro 3x.
6- Elevação lateral 4x
7- Tríceps francês na polia 4x.
8- Rosca direta halteres 4x.
Upper B: 1- Supino inclinado com halteres 4x.
2- Barra no Graviton 3x
3- Peck Deck 3x
4- Remada na máquina (horizontal) 3x
5- desenvolvimento halteres 4x

Esse tempo é adequado? Teria como otimizadiminuir o tempo na academia?
