Let's not pretend this wasn't obvious from the start. If Team Cherry were gonna reveal silksong ever it wouldn't be revealed by a shit poster on the second most infamously brainrotted subreddit on Reddit as a whole.
Was the community getting social again a good thing? Yes, but was it getting social over a fake reveal which is probably gonna lead to people genuinely getting fed up even more so than they already are with the literal zero news about the game? Most likely.
I'm guaranteeing that if Silksong ever gets released, assuming it wasn't just silently cancelled, it's going to end up being another Cyberpunk situation where the game is one of the most overhyped games of all time and people hate it on release

I recently graduated with a degree in Statistics and I badly want to pursue my career na. Currently wfh as a graphic designer, that has been my job since college (helped me alot as a working student) pero now I think it’s high time I pursue my career as a data analyst.
Kaso lang ever since graduation mukhang nangalawang na and felt like my knowledge is not enough even though I spent 4 freaking years to complete it. For months, focus lang ako sa creatives so I can’t really blame myself for straying away. So I made the decision to refresh my brain through buying a course sa udemy, expanding my skills na din at the same time.
My main problem is hirap akong mag focus pag nakaharap na sa monitor. I work 8 hours a day and my eyes are tired already by the time I start learning. Mas makakapagfocus pa me pag naglilinis 😭. I’ve been thinking of going out to cafes or study hubs but I think it’ll be expensive in the long run. Can you guys recommend some tips to stay focused? Especially to those learning new niches, what schedule works for you given na you also have a full-time job?

Things started to fall apart in the main course. My fish was fine, nothing technically wrong with it. But nothing about the dish really pulled it together. The brown butter sauce just tasted like... sauce. The potato croissant, while pretty, didn't add much. My wife's pasta was the opposite: the flavors were all there, but it was a textural mess. Because it was finished in a molded pan over high heat to set the shape, each noodle was cooked to a different doneness. It was hard to get a nice bite, and the extra crispy noodles would interrupt the whole experience of the dish by needing extra time to chew through. We both got the cake for dessert. The other option was a saffron-rosewater ice cream but I wanted to try the dish I thought would be a better technical showcase. I don't like rosewater much at all, but even my wife agreed that it was too overpowering in the profiterole whipped cream. It needed a lighter touch, and perhaps darker chocolate for the chocolate sauce to balance the sweetness, because the whole dish tasted like rosewater soap as soon as you cut into the profiterole. No strong cardamom flavor from the very thin layer of cake at the bottom to balance things either. Service was very nice and ambiance was quiet and lovely when we walked in, though it was getting loud when the dining room was filled by the time we left. Having half of the courses miss was frustrating, because we felt that the talent and creativity is obviously there, but needs more refinement. Heya, suddenly got a scratch in my brain about an old artillery tank game I played on my LG voyager as a kid.
The game featured cartoon-y graphics, very bright and colorful.
The tanks in the game looked like tanks, but were sentient and had "face" designs where their cannons were their noses, with eyes on top and sometimes a mouth below. They could speak and the game had a story mode which included written dialogue.
One character I remember being a female tank with thick blond hair and kinda moody eyes. Another character I remember more vividly was a villain who I think was named Orchid. He was a spider tank, having spider legs instead of treads, and was purple.
The level designs were extremely vertical, with tanks starting on all kinds of terrain like floating platforms above bottomless pits, buildings, etc. You could knock enemies (or you got knocked off yourself) off the bottom of the screen and instantly die.
The tanks would emote (text message style emotes, such as the classic crying "T_T") or trash talk you when you hit them via speech bubbles. The tanks all had idle animations. I think the protagonist was a blue tank and his idle animation was him pulling up a radio and talking to it.
There were many different weapons you could chose from, and many characters had a "signature weapon" that they would start with more ammo for. For example, that spider character Orchid's signature weapon were these spider bombs that would sprout legs and start crawling after it landed, exploding if it walked into an enemy. Firing was done by holding "OK" on your phone which would charge your power meter, and releasing the button would fire the shot. There was randomized wind every turn that would push your shot one way or the other while in flight. I think there was even friendly fire so you could accidentally kill your teammates.
Oh, and I remember there being 2 games in this "franchise". I played the 2nd one. I remember watching a youtube video of the first game way back when (2009-2010 ish) and it was very similar, but with less content.

I’m sorry for such a long post but I think what I’m about to say needs some much needed context.
So I have had a crush on this man since August of last year. I had no idea who he was until I found out his name through some friends. I followed him on Instagram, he followed me back, no big deal. Then around December I decided I actually really liked him and I needed to tell him. So I sent him a message basically saying I’ve seen him around and thought he was cute etc etc. Well he messaged me back the next day and said he felt the same. We started snapping back and forth and holy shit this has been a rollercoaster. We used to call all the time at the beginning cause we were on Christmas break. Then he did this weird thing where he completely stopped talking to me for a week with like no context. Then he randomly came back and was all like “I miss you” whatever. Now we’ve been in a talking stage for 42 days. He hasn’t asked me to be his girlfriend but he’s kissed me, we’ve cuddled, we’ve hung out and everything. He’s so hot and cold though it’s so confusing. Anybody have tips on how to manifest him asking me to be his girlfriend?
