 | Hey everyone! I have a neighbor with a tall light pole kinda light a foot ball stadium light, it’s pointed towards my yard/house. (Pic is to show how bright it is from down my hall AND I have 8ft tall fences…) the light is probably 20ft tall Is there any light ordinance or anything? I don’t want to irritate my neighbors by complaining, and I intend to contact them and be friendly but if that doesn’t work? Is it fair to contact the city? Hey y'all, kinda out of left field here, just wondering if anyone else finds it interesting the different ways each franchise handles their PR with major personnel changes. I was so thrilled and proud with how the Bears handled Ben's arrival, it also piqued my curiosity about how other teams have handled their hiring processes and PR this cycle.
(For example, the Jags here: I'm not saying a "live panel event" for hiring a head coach is necessary, but to my recollection, the Bears (and possibly many other teams) haven't done something like this.
Clearly the 'vibe' of each team is truly unique, which I appreciate about the NFL and especially appreciate our beloved 🐻⬇️."
Also, thinking about the Rick Smith with Bill Zimmerman, and his direct quote from that:
" ...This is the new Bears 100%, and I absolutely give credit to Kevin Warren, for allowing the family to really get a broader aspect of what is going on around the National Football League. I really didn't want to have to ask for help but I don't have anywhere else to ask. I got behind on rent last month. My landlord raised rent earlier and I had been doing ok taking on substitute teaching jobs. I'm currently in my junior year of college for my elementary education degree. Unfortunately, I got the flu and my uncle passed away. I had to buy something to wear to the funeral. Also having issues with my Medicaid. There's been some problem that no one seems to know how to fix and it's been making it hard to get my anti anxiety medications. Any help at all would be amazing.

It’s been almost 3 months since my dad passed away and the first couple of weeks were soo horrible and raw, but I’ve been back at work now for a while and try to “be normal” and I’m able to save my sobbing/crying for at home. Last week I was doing okay but this week it’s like it just happens yesterday… anyway, my manager said to me today:
“Well you seem to be doing okay with everything!” This was after I just told her that my landlords gave me notice that I’ll have to move. .. I said I save my crying for at home lol
But really I had such a knee jerk reaction inside that being told I seem like I’m doing okay… that it implied that my dad passing wasn’t a big deal or something. I know she didn’t mean that at all as they have been supportive,.. but being told not even 3 months in that “u seem to be handling it all quite well” made me feel that way… it’s called trying to be professional in ur job setting
Anyway this is my message into the void. I cried a lot when I got home today. Seeing his face in my head and remembering all our past Xmases and memories and life together etc.
I just miss you so much dad 💔

I went to an Orebolo show at the Cap last year and was blown away, and fully converted to a Goose fan after that. I had seen them during the Taboose tour (actually witnessed the Billy Strings sit-in which was epic), but wasn’t completely sold. Since seeing Orebolo last February, I’ve been to 4 Goose shows and am hooked. Dare I say I prefer it over Goose 🪿 😏
