Need all the advice I can get. We've been living in a rental and looking to buy our first home. Our landlord has given us a heads up that he's selling our house. We're within a fixed term, so they're aiming to sell to investors with tenants in situ. However, we've been warned we'd be facing a section 21 before the tenancy ends in September (so I assume he'd issue it in July?) if no one wil invest.
Do I still realistically have enough time to look for a house, put an offer in and complete by September without risk of homelessness?
I can't find an ideal house at the moment. There's 1 I love that is way out of budget, and I'm hoping they'll accept an offer, but I'm worried if they're in an upwards chain we could end up evicted before completion. There's another house that is chain free and cheaper with a lot of space, but it's not as nice and in a road that has not the best crime statistics so I can't get a read on the area. The advantages would be more money over each month, completing on time and being able to refuse viewings etc until our tenancy is near its end. But it doesn't feel like a forever home and I'm anxious about break ins with the higher crime rates.

My boyfriend was out drinking with his friend. They were at the casino and someone told his friend that I had sex with one of his friends a bunch of times when we weren’t even together. The thing is I did but not as many times he was gossiping about and I had openly talked about it with my boyfriend before restarting a relationship. It took two years for me to trust my boyfriend enough to “date him” again. Now I’m pregnant he accused me of lying over the phone. Refused to come home. When he did it was 3 in the morning he woke me up and starting not accepting what I had said before I restarted the relationship. Basically saying that the friend that was gossiping was telling the truth. This broke my heart he wouldn’t take my side. It took me so long to trust him. And another two years to get pregnant with him. I was hysterically crying. He was telling me he wanted his ex. Saying anything to hurt me. One of the main things I came here to talk about was that he recorded me without me knowing crying saying I was telling the truth and he was acting stupid and embarrassing. Like the way he was talking. I hate to invalidate his feelings but the was he was insulting me and talking in a weird voice seriously broke my heart especially for being pregnant. He then threatened to show the videos to his friend and his wife. He chased me around the house at 3 in the morning recording me I couldn’t stop crying. I made up with him the same morning. He was a drunk mess. The words hurt me. The way he still losses his temper scared me. But I’m really concerned about is today I looked on his camera roll and the videos were still there. I don’t understand why he would keep them. I’m pregnant and crying at 3 in the morning I’m embarrassed but not for the reason he wants me to be. What should do. Am I wrong overreacting. What ended the argument was he said he wanted me to finally say I appreciated him. What does that have to do with gossip and him not talking my side. Or the fact he was extremely controlling with my emotions so late while carrying his child. My chest hurt from crying, my voice hurt. It was heartbreaking I don’t know what to do. Mind you I had sex with his friend when I was 17 I am now 21. I’ll be close to 22 when I deliver our baby.

I (US citizen) lived in Stuttgart from May 1980 to March 1983 with the US military under the Status of Forces Agreement. After leaving the Air Force, I lived in Kaufbeuren and Munich from March 1983 until December 1989 as a civilian employee of a German company. I had an Aufenthaltserlaubnis, drew a DM salary and paid German taxes. I still have two US passports, now expired, with the residency permits as evidence.
Questions: Do I need a Führungszeugnis for the period May 1980 to March 1983? For the period March 1983 to December 1989?
I also lived with my grandparents in Stuttgart for 18 months in 1964-1965, when I was 14 years old. I assume I do not need a Führungszeugnis for this time period; I had no contact with the police or other authorities.

Buenas a todos por esta puta ansiedad no he trabajado tengo 31 no pude ir a la universidad, tengo traumas el tema es largo y no tengo ganas, así que dejo mucho contexto por fuera, sinfui a terapia pero fue pesimo apenas digo mi ansiedad y más el tema del trabajo me trataron feo, por hacerme mover o reaccionar, la psicóloga me metió aun mas el miedo y cosas que ya sabía. Qué si muere mi mamá en la noche o algo yo quedo en la calle, cosa que ya sabía.
Y desde entonces estoy más congelada, mi mamá ya tiene 68 y soy concienciente de esto, por eso fui a terapia, no he podido volver a uno, es más temo volver a otro.
Pero he dado pasos sola, pero... siento que todo es mi culpa, el no tener un buen perfil laboral, el no avanzar, la culpa que a fin de mes escasean las cosas, el miedo y angustia por mi futuro económico, siento que mi única salida si pasa lo peor, es matarme, no valgo, empredi pero no da, en redes. He hecho cursos en linea para el emprendimiento y habilidades blandas, hago y hago y no es suficiente, tengo miedo, voy a quedar sola, en la calle y no se.
