Just input our W-2s to estimate taxes and it looks like we're going to owe about $45k. Much of this is due to under-withholding on RSUs vesting.
How do you avoid this situation? Do you just eat it? We barely qualify for any credits or deductions right now due to high income and lack of a mortgage (we rent). Any tips?

I feel i need to step up somehow, this week, all 40+ printers were throwing an error when scanning to email. Told my boss there seems to be a conditional access policy blocking the smtp account because it doesn’t use MFA but due to limited permission on my account I couldn’t fully see, only got to see a few sign in logs and sent screenshots . He brushed it off and instead wanted to create a google account to reconfigure the printers. I pushed back and told him to look for a conditional access policy, after a moment he looked and there it was! Told him to exclude the account for now.
Many of the same happens often, my configuring intune, autopilot, apps, etc. I dont believe he shares recognition of these things with his boss. He sends a single group message saying “it is fixed” so his boss knows. I understand it is our job but i go beyond my job description. I didn’t pass the MD-102 and MS-102 for nothing!
His boss asked me what was the issue and solution for the scan to email issue. Told him everything with details. He was shocked on his performance.

2025.01.31 04:20 Sonka-Beats I regret attending my father’s funeral
My (30) father (55) passed away unexpectedly recently. It was a freak thing that took him. We weren’t close when I was growing up. He was in the military and I was raised by my grandparents(mom’s side). My mom was an absent junkie but that’s a story for a different post. When I turned 18, I also enlisted in the military, although I never made a career out of it like he did. He reached out afterwards and we were able to build a solid relationship. We frequently shared life happenings, went on camping trips, spent holidays together and so on. I met his wife and their two children. We got along wonderfully and they always tried to make me feel at home with them. When he passed, I learned about it through facebook. His immediate family didn’t reach out. I just happened to be scrolling and saw the obituary in a local Facebook group. The obituary mentioned he had two children instead of three. I did decide to attend the funeral. It was the typical ridiculously long Mormon funeral. Dueling church members going back and forth seeing who could quote the prophet more and so on. During the life sketch, it was mentioned that he married a woman in the temple and they had two children. Sealed for “all eternity so their family could be together forever again” however there was no mention of his first marriage (which is fair, it was short and anything but sweet) and his daughter from the first marriage. As the funeral home emptied out, the immediate family stopped in the aisle next to me, glared, then kept walking. It was all so strange. He’s never discussed church related things with me before, so I never figured he was very religious. The family had previously seemed welcoming. Between everything seeming to write me out of existence absolutely consumed me with rage. It was a mix of silent anger and just ugly crying. I know it all seems like kind of a selfish “what about me” mindset to have, and it very well might be. I just feel like the dirty secret that was brushed under the rug and made me feel very alone in this world. There’s also this feeling of regret. Paying respects to a man who must not have seen me as a part of the family and felt the need to hide me. I’m sorry this post is all over the place. My brain is currently all over the place so I guess it’s fitting. I guess it might also be important to mention that I was never an active Mormon. I have distanced myself from the religion for decades at this point. It’s good to believe in something, but it wasn’t the belief system for me. The “families can be together forever, except for that one.” Just kind of gets me.

I picked up the game pretty recently and I love it so far, but my issue is that it makes me motion sick. I had to take the headset off after about 15 minutes or so because I felt like I was going to vomit. I think it has something to do with how fast your character moves, it’s generally a problem when I’m holding left stick full forward. If there are recommendations for dealing with the sensation, I’d appreciate it.

Hi all!
This is a follow up to my last post where I said I couldn't get the sound of a Supro out of my head and compromised and got a vintage Gibson Falcon from 1964 that I'm not entirely happy with because it feels weirdly muddy for an amp that has a trebly reputation.
Anyways, I have an opportunity to swap the Gibson I'm unhappy with for a Tone King Falcon (ironic right) 1x10. I've been looking for the Fender sparkling cleans and could not really find that with the old Gibson. What can you all tell me about the Tone King Falcon? I hear it has a Tweed/Blackface voicing which sounds awesome and I've been looking for a smaller amp anyways since I am moving into an apartment soon and out of my parents' house.

2025.01.31 04:20 redx108 Probably a stupid question about the risks of wiring RCA from one amp to another
So I'm planning to get a mono amp to power a sub in addition to my current LOC and 4 channel amp setup. I've been trying to research how I can get signal to the new mono amp, as my radio does not have any addition outputs for signal (I had to get a vehicle specific t-harness and use 9-wire to send signal to my LOC). My current amp is a Focal AP 4340. It does have RCA connections for signal output, labeled 'Output Ch 2.' The published details for this amp says that this is a Stereo Line Output, it has the same signal as the RCA input on channels 1-2 and can be used to daisy chain the signal to another amp.
Sounds simple, but whenever I look up this topic I see people saying that using outputs from one amp to inputs on another can damage the second amp. I've also seen videos of people using a y-splitter (one output to two inputs) but they never explain why they're using it instead of a normal RCA cable.
I assume that I can connect the RCA outputs on my Focal to my mono amp because, well, they said I could. But now I'm concerned of any risks in doing so, and if I should be using a y-split cable or not. If anyone can elaborate how this works, I would appreciate it. Still learning this the further I get this project.

Diablo destroyed Feldaway very badly when he unleashed the full potential of what’s he’s capable of with nihilty in the moment, completed disintegrating Feldaway though he regenerated and revived, Feldaway did put some of his resources into maintaining milim, but note Feldaway was forced to pull out void arc a genesis grade weapon, world who’s also genesis grade overboosted guy’s ep who’s around 40 mil or so, to matching or exceeding velzard being over 80 million. Diablo ability nullified Feldaway ability to access his ultimate skills, feldaway acknowledged it was a humiliating defeat, so I was told.
In fact Feldaway see diablo as such a threat he was considering to pull out his final trump card but he wasn’t confident so he retreated, note diablo was crumbling from excessive energy since his body isn’t tailored made for nihility, but now after the sequence rimuru reformed Diablo’s body out of his own cells, he basically have have no drawbacks at all, and his capacity to absorb nihility energy has no restrictions anymore, he also already have the greatest mastery over this energy second to rimuru/ciel. So basically we have no idea what kind of monster current diablo is, other than that he would be far more powerful than when he even fought Feldaway, the potential with his guy now is almost endless, due to the rimuru cells.
Even rimuru himself wondered what kind of thing did he just turn diablo into, and was like ‘holy you are strong” after seeing how the Feldaway sequence.
Zegion when he fought zelanus, before nihilty was completely destroyed just from being in range of zelanus magicule aura, but after the boost due to rimuru cells, he washed zelanus, diablo without any amp was more or less stronger than zelanus since he said his chances are more favourable if they go all out.
Now diablo has rimuru cells with the best control, with his already broken skill set, even before rimuru cells he curb stomped Feldaway when he fully utilize the nihility which was accessible to him.
Speaking to beyond volume 22, diablo is now one of the very few beings qualified and able to withstand the power of a genesis grade weapon, I think diablo will get his hands on one in the next volume, his ep needs a boost. Currently the ones on rimuru’s side who can fight the pinnacle of the world, are guy and diablo with his reformed body, zegion might be able to fight ivarage children but seeing as the 3 was already on par with zelanus before being named, I don’t see a realistic way zegion can compete. So all that’s left is basically diablo getting one of the 7 genesis grade weapons.
Also guy when he uses the world, is much more powerful than velzard, he never went all in during their very first fight in the ice continent.

This is my first Reddit post, and I just wanted some guidance on which career path to take. I'm stuck deciding between some sort of surgeon, a patent/ipr attorney, and an aerospace or computer hardware engineer. I'm a pretty good student, I'm a grade ahead and accelerated twice in math and once in science. As a sophomore, I'm taking AP Physics 1 and AP Chem, and find science very interesting. I'm also a good debater and was one of the top debaters in my state, earning individual and team awards there. I'm also planning on taking DECA next year and joining HOSA. I know that most of my chosen career paths pay well, so I want to see which has the best job security and work balance before I commit to one path so I can take focused, dedicated courses toward one goal.
