Imagine defending this game over smash but criticizing marvel rivals compared to overwatch when MR is and improvement on the formula in almost every right multiversus does the exact opposite takes smashes formula and plagues it with grindfest and mobile game gotcha mechanics I'm not saying this game hasn't done ANYTHING RIGHT. They definitely have but promoting the ”free” battlepass in season 1 isn't exactly a good argument when the game went offline for 2 years most returning players EXPECTED something for free anyway vs marvel rivals phenomenal launch it just sucks cuz I love Warner Bros IP I love the idea behind a 2v2 smash game free to play everything on paper sounds good but shit isolates the casual player base forcing people to grind exact opposite of rivals tbh I missed the character battle passes too tbh the beta was just better lol

So I was hit by another vehicle while I was waiting to turn into my store while on the job, the other vehicle never braked and hit me going 60. I went to my lawyer and found that the police report incorrectly says that my partner who owns the vehicle I drive is the owner of the car that hit me and I told my lawyer this and he said that he would handle it and get it corrected. We'll today we got a letter for my partner saying my lawyer is sueing her and the kid who hit me. What are my best options? should I seek another lawyer to sue my current one and how should I handle this situation with the incorrect police report?

I’m so stupid naive and gullible. It just doesn’t make sense in my head that some people are just evil. I’ve been treated so poorly by many in my life and I always somehow forgive them.
For context, my ex-boyfriend from when I was 15-16 sexually assaulted me, blackmailed me with my nudes, cheated on me, hit me, yet I still got back with him. That was until I was forced legally to put an end to our relationship. Also, my male teacher molested me for fucking months until I accidentally drunkenly told my parents about it. Because before that, he had brainwashed me into thinking it was normal by making me pinky promises. I’ve been assaulted by other guys in my life, and yet, I stay friends with them like an idiot because I’m too scared to speak up. Also I have a psychologist but I feel like it doesn’t help. Or maybe I’m not communicating well enough with her idk

New Logic user, longtime hardware sampler user. With the new MPC’s they have a great feature where you can let a sample play and you can manually press a pad and that sample will add a slice point with each pad press.
Is something like this possible with quick sampler or sampler? I can only see how to auto slice with transients.

So…I (27f) went to France for some potential business opportunities with my industry partners, and when it finished I made a few days to stay with him (25m) in his city. We were language buddies, and we’ve been chatting for a year or so before this.
It happened that when we met we were both single. I was mentally exhausted and he has this great energy that heals me. We slept in the same room different bed, and we just hang out like normal friends. We went grocery shopping together and I enjoyed him complimenting my cooking skills. The last day before me leaving, he took me to a motorcycle ride and was super patient and caring when we were stuck in a jam. At the end of the journey we had our first hug. Later I wished for another hug, but I’m too tired so he lifted me and spooned me, with hands crossed in front of me but landed on himself. I’m in huge crush on his loving language, even if by chance he is just a cuddly friend with no intentions, I kissed him. And I ended up waking up to him in his bed.
Super sweet and everything, I also managed to crochet him a scarf. We almost confirmed a long distance relationship, but he then still treated me like we were friends: won’t text but replies to every text I sent, don’t share a lot about him and needs & claims a lot of self space. I cleared that with him, he told me that he was super clingy and codependent on his previous long distance so he’s trying to fix it. I think it’s weird and I don’t deserve to be treated still like a friend, especially when I treated him differently with every effort I made, including active sharing, all the sweet talk whenever I think of him and phone sex. But I want to understand him, I trusted him for what he said, and I think it’s best to not drag him into the pain he doesn’t want to work on. I can fly to Paris which is a 10hrs flight, but to his city in southern France is a hassle…
So we ended up to be “friends” again. With him still not texting and sharing and leaving me at unease trying to hold my urge to share and love. I told myself at least we both had some beautiful memories and we can make it work like we used to. Just when I was calming myself, I found that he posted frequently on his social media (is a platform that I don’t check often). I’m a bit mad about how he is not texting me but just can post online and share to all friends, because when I do the same I’ll share him with text messages.
My head is in a mess, my trust for him “loving me” is breaking, and idk how to settle with this annoyance and jealousy seeing him being with his friends and now I still have to make more efforts to be his friend to have interactions. I think I got treated like a breeze. Should I keep being patient and maintain our “friendship” or should I just cut this off and leave him be.
