Older people of Reddit, need your advice!
I am F 24. For context, I have traditional Asian parents and am also the younger one in the family. I am going on a date (?) this weekend with a guy I’ve become sort of acquainted with at my job, that my family is aware of as I’ve mentioned jokingly that there’s a cute guy at my job and we make good convo. My parents although they try to encourage me to get out there and go on dates, try an app.. they aren’t very strict compared to other POC parents that I’ve seen. However, given I’m the youngest, my parents are extremely overbearing / protective of me even at my age.
With the date happening this weekend, my family so happens to just be away on vacation that I’m not going to attend, as they were the ones who told me to stay home which I could use the alone time anyways. The date happened to just be set the same weekend, and I did inform my mom of said date coming up 2x within this past week. I casually mentioned it today and she said she didn’t know it was THIS Sunday while they are gone, why did I choose such a late time to meet (4 PM is NOT late), my dad started to flip out on me claiming I intentionally chose a date while they were gone etc, I have to give my parents his number (which I find extremely weird and will not be doing, in which he proceeded to yell at me saying I have to leave his number for my parents or I can’t go).
I get why they are being this way given they’ve never met him. But I’m already sharing my whereabouts with my siblings and a close friend so I don’t see the issue- giving his number out is also extremely weird imo. Siblings have tried to reason with my parents saying it’s too much and 4 pm is not late- I’m not a “bad” kid by any means and I even stated it’s not like I’ll bring him into the house and do things and how I’m 25 and allowed to choose when to do a date. This coworker is kind and I’ve gotten to know him to a degree so I don’t see the issue…
They of course cannot fathom me saying these things and calling me all sorts of disrespectful. My dad will probably continue to yell at me to give his number or hound my siblings for it which I now have to give to them just to appease my parents for safety concerns. My parents also have narcissistic traits and I don’t know how to survive in my family / environment. Can I get some thoughts on my situation and how to handle overbearing / narcasstic parents? I’m not in a position where I can move out, so I’m stuck living at home while the cost of it is my mental health depleting.

I have a QDOLED that is flat and washed out without vibrancy, however to fix you need 60-62% digital vibrancy, however this crushes the contrast 26-32 on http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/contrast.php Now this could be fixed if it was applied non linear like how benq does it on a lot of cheaper models (to combat cheap panels, e.g. BenQ MOBIUZ EX2510S 24.5" 165Hz IPS 1080p) so basically what im asking is:
Create a curved 62% vibrancy(from 50%) (curved at end to not blend together contrast) then apply that data to a already made srgb gamma icc profile whether with expensive equipment and programs costing up to $10k or with genius editing.

You know, the one who helped save them? As long as this isn't something that actually breaks the story this would mean most of what the prototype promised for the hour of joy is just a straight lie.
If he wanted catnap alive he could have manipulated the situation to have him escape at the end of our encounter with him, he had all the chances to just.... NOT fuck over him.
I mean it's pretty obvious but the prototype genuinely just doesn't care about anyone else, and no one is really useful to him if he gives the enemy the resources to kill his servants. We know catnap would be more than happy to comply and kill us the second we walk into his arms. The prototype especially knows that. So why go through all the trouble? For fun?
Everybody to him are more useful dead, and assimilated into whatever he makes them into. So why all the fuss?
My guess is that nothing else matters right now other than the children, and us. Nothing else matters and the only way to get us down here is to think that we have some sort of control, and allies to lure us down to the lab to do... something with us, there's a reason the children are still alive, and I'm willing to bet it's not because the prototype care about them.
