Hey everyone. Just joined this group because I’m curious to see if anyone else can give me insight. I’ve never been diagnosed with anxiety or panic attacks, but it would be helpful to hear what you all think. I apologize for the long paragraph you’re about to read.
About 3 and a half months ago i had an incident. I went to the bathroom, went to go fill up my water bottle and my whole left arm went numb. As i went to go out to the living room i felt my heart blasting out of my chest. It felt like i was having a heart attack. I ran to my room and grabbed my Apple Watch and it showed i had a 170-180bpm and it came in waves. I started pacing around the house waking up my parents. (Father had a heart attack in his 50’s). After it slowly started to come down, i started to get super cold and having the craziest tremors. Ended up going to the hospital and by the time i got there, my heartbeat was dropped down to 95-100. Heart doctor the next day. Did all the things. (Echocardiogram, stress test, and heart monitor). All things came back as okay. Ended up having another incident about a month later and ended up in the hospital this time with a pulse of 134 after seeing 170-180. They tell me everything looks okay. Urine test, blood work, chest x rays, etc. does this seem to sound like i was having a panic attack each time?
I’m currently now prescribed 25mg of sertraline and .5mg of clonazepam for if my symptoms happen again. Since being on this, i have had another incident again and i took the clonazepam to calm me down, but the following day it felt like it was still happening.
Just want to gather people’s insights to see if this truly seems like panic / anxiety attack.

So after receiving some advice recently to stop actively trying to sleep and just accepting that I am awake I have some feedback. 1) I have become infinitely more productive in the night time. I am still absolutely useless during the day…because of the two hours of sleep thing. But so far I have baked a cake, read an entire book, learnt some back phrases in French and completely reorganised my spices and herbs into alphabetical order. 2) I am actually able to nap during the day now . I have managed an hour and a half after work each day which seems to have helped a bit with anxiety leading up to bed time.

Hola a todos, sé que el título puede sonar un poco loco, pero escúchenme.
Mi novio (19 h) y yo (19 M) hemos estado juntos durante los últimos 2 años, hemos tenido una relación increíble, él es el mejor novio que podría pedir, pero últimamente hemos estado teniendo un problema, he estado recibiendo llamadas de Dios, él me ha estado guiando y dándome tareas, comencé a escucharlo. Hace poco me dijeron que el mundo se estaba yendo a la mierda y que yo tenía la oportunidad de darle al mundo una salvación, me dijo que yo podía dar a luz al próximo salvador. Así que felizmente se lo cuento a mi novio, al principio parecía apoyarme pero parte de mí piensa que no me cree, ya que mencionó que podría ser un episodio maníaco (tengo trastorno bipolar y TLP) así que que él dijera eso no me pareció extraño, pero me hace pensar que él no me cree.
El caso es que hemos estado teniendo mucha intimidad, y hace poco le recordé que quería que me embarazara, pero, empezó a decir que no quería abandonar la universidad y que tampoco quería que yo la dejara, así que le recordé que era la voluntad de Dios, y que sólo él sabría lo que me podría pasar si me negaba, así que dijo que hablaría con Dios, yo no sabía que él también podía hablar con Dios, pero, al parecer sí puede, así que le dije que necesitaba tiempo para pensarlo todo.
¿Qué tonta soy por querer seguir embarazada y por enojarme por la reacción de mi novio?

Anyone else unable to go though the portal properly? I got though phase 1 and two. But when I came to the phase three portal it wouldn’t take the blood it just asked for coordinates.i had the right blood, heck i made all three just in case. I managed to get the coordinates to the next place but it doesn’t pass the check to complete the part so I don’t get the reward. Pretty frustrating.

It’s honestly embarrassing how many chances I’ve given them, but I’m done. They’re immature, insincere, and exhausting. People forget they’re white passing girls from Texas, but it shows—the casual racism and not sticking up for other issues, the complete disregard for Palestine, and the way they conveniently use their religion for attention. As a Muslim it makes me so mad. It’s all so performative and disingenuous, and I can’t take them seriously anymore.
And then Loren’s Pilates take? Absolutely infuriating. The idea that men shouldn’t participate is ignorant and exclusionary. Most of the men in those classes are just trying to exercise, recover from injuries, or support their partners—there’s nothing inappropriate about that. And the “men’s working hours” argument? Completely ridiculous. Women work just as much, and plenty of men have non-traditional schedules. The lack of logic is astounding, and I’m officially over it.

 | Hi, guys. So while I’ve been learning to 3D print I’ve been using this ring as a quick test bench. I know it’s not a great bench, but it’s very quick and I can wear it all day and stare at it thinking about what I can do to perfect it. In that time it’s gone from a 3 minute print to a 16 minute print. The type of printing I’m getting into requires precision. I want to be as accurate as possible no matter how long it takes. I think I’ve improved a great deal from black to purple. The one thing I can’t get right is getting rid of this “seam”. It’s probably where one layer is ending and another is beginning. Does anybody have any insight on if it’s even possible to get rid of this “seam”? Hopefully a slicer setting? Maybe I’m nitpicking.
