My partner (27M) and I (29F) have been together for coming up 4 years. When we first started dating, I had already purchased my own place, a small 2 bedroom flat that suited me just fine. About a year into our relationship, his parents gifted him $500,000 to buy his own place. He bought a generous sized 4 bedroom house and moved in, renting out the other 3 rooms to his friends (they pay $130, $150 and $170 per week).
Finances - he pays $230 per week for his mortgage (bigger deposit). I pay $340 per week for mine. I earn around $80k a year and he earns around $55-60k a year.
Last year we discussed moving in together. I would prefer moving in to the larger place, however I did not want to move in with other people. Financially based on that it made sense he moved into mine, so he could rent out the 4 rooms. He moved in to my place and pays $170 per week in rent. We split power and internet. We've now been discussing moving in to his place and renting out mine but the finances are confusing me.
If we move into his place and give the current tenants their notice, he wants me to pay half of what I would get in rental income for my house (which I think is approximately $400 per week in total), so around $200. This doesn't make sense to me, as his mortgage is reduced however he doesn't think we should take into account mortgage amounts and just focus on the fact I'm paying rent for a room. But to me, I would still need to cover part of my mortgage and paying his mortgage, basically almost covering the lot.
I'm at a complete loss, he won't change his mind and he's said if we go to a financial advisor (my suggestion) that he won't consider their opinion if they agree with me because he doesn't believe it. Need advice please!

To clarify, I don't mean a specific card but rather the legend in general. For me it's Narset, for some reason I find basically all of her iterations deeply tiresome be they planeswalker or creature. Whatever the case you know your going to be hit with some spammed out nonsense before you have time to hear the space jam theme start rolling, especially if she can enlist the help of her army of chrome domed goons. And to add insult to injury she looks like the kind of character Riot Games would convince no-lifers to spend 500 dollars on skins for.

2025.01.31 04:35 aestheticwannabee I don’t know if i have a BC or not
21yo- Yesterday I noticed a mass below my vaginal opening. Every post, website, and video I’ve seen fails to describe what I have. It is not on the side of either one of my lips, it’s on the upper part of my perineum. It deadass looks like I have a singular, mini ballsack. It doesn’t look like pictures of BCs. It’s a little bit larger than pea size, and it’s soft when I touch it. I don’t feel any pain at all, or any discomfort walking around. I did end my period 3 days ago. When I was 12 I had an ovarian cyst on my fallopian tube and I had to get surgery to remove it. I do not know if that could be related to this. I want to see a doctor, but I’m really anxious about it. I hate the idea of someone looking down there. Should I be going to an obgyn to get it checked out? Or make an appointment with my normal doctor I go to for checkups?

2025.01.31 04:35 jiyrascope Any issues getting diagnosed through Kaiser Norcal?
I got a concussion in November and since then, I've been going through a nasty flare up. Fast heart rate, brain fog, palpitations, headache, fatigue, exercise intolerance, fainting, the whole package. I fainted twice 2 weeks ago, the first time I was able to see my doctor right away and she ordered a 30 day holter. Two days later, I fainted a work (I work in the hospital), and the ER doc said he also thinks I have POTS and recommends proceeding with the 30 day monitor, but no diagnosis still.
I'm two weeks into my 30 day monitor and today I woke up to a call this morning from my kaiser's EKG department informing me that the cardiologist decided that it is no longer indicated. I asked my primary doctor the reason and she said the cardiologist stated I have no arrhythmias and that my tachycardia is likely due to POTS related symptoms. I asked my doctor if this confirms if my symptoms are due to POTS and she said yes. My doctor then proceeds to tell me that treatment is just continuing with lifestyle management, which I've been doing. So I asked if could finally receive a formal diagnosis with POTS in my chart and she said that Kaiser doesn't have enough studies to prove if people have POTS or not, so she can't give me a formal diagnosis. I pushed back and said that every time I have a flare up or fainting spells, I have to re-explain my entire history and asked if it's better to have it in my chart for everyone to have awareness. She said the most she could do is just put tachycardia and orthostatic hypotension due to "possible" POTS. Wtf??
I see a physical therapist to to manage my symptoms and asked her why Kaiser does this. She said she thinks that because the gold standard for diagnosing POTS is the tilt table test, and my Kaiser doesn't offer that. She said all of her POTS clients lately are going through similar issues getting diagnosed. Has this ever happened to anyone?? I'm Kaiser Norcal and have been fighting for a diagnosis for 3 years now.

Recently I held a poll for what game to stream for February, and the 1997 Dynasty Warriors won. Yes I know it's a Super Stock but it's just a Hellcat Redeye with Demon wheels on it. Put on custom 20 inch wheels like I did here and it's a Redeye again.

I was very excited to share my angry charmander collection. You see, I had my re baptism of Pokémon collecting 4 months ago. I finally got a good idea to collect the angry charmander.
So naturally I fomo and created a TCGplayer account and I bought a case of Obsidian Flames ETBs and singles too.
The singles from TCG Player came in minimal packaging and all the cards were bent.
Am I over reacting? I’m new to ordering singles but I got a batch of 4 of these card from WhatNot that came in mint sealed condition…
My goal is to collect as many of these singles as I can and get them all graded and have a collection of angry charmander memes. Should I try to get a refund or just send it to PSA anyways?
Also it’s crazy how a WhatNot order came in better condition than TCGplayer to me. Maybe I’m just a newbie 🤷🏻♂️

I used to live in PA where the winters were bitterly cold. As a teenager, I loved summer because summer gave me freedom to do anything. Not just freedom from going to school but also freedom to wear lighter clothes like shorts and t shirts. I really got too used to the warm weather as unfortunately fall in Pennsylvania gets very cold very quickly. My family initially planned 2 vacations including one in June but had to cancel it due to everything breaking down such as the washer, dryer, dishwashing machine, and front of the house. They needed some breathing room to cover these unexpected expenses. The only other vacation they planned was for one week in August however I dreaded the whole vacation because school was right around the corner from starting which stressed me out. Everyone always says September was a great time to visit the beach as it was way less crowded, and the air and ocean are still warm. My parents doubted it would be warm enough to go in September, so I tried convincing them by saying the ocean has high specific heat meaning it takes longer to warm up and cool down. Then my dad says it’s too bad he has to go back to school then reminding him of the thing he really wasn’t looking forward to not to mention hew didn't really need to remind me. That may be true, but I still have weekends off so it’s not like I have no time off when I go back to school. Parents take their kids out of school to go on vacation for a week all the time and I got straight A’s the previous school year so I feel I've more than earned it. But no matter what I tells my parents they just won’t listen. We don't even have the full 3 months off anymore. school starts so early in August now and even my parents lived in a day and age where they didn’t have to go back to school until after Labor Day. It just wasn’t fair. Not to mention we had only 73 or 74 days of summer vacation. That's not even half the amount of days we have to go to school for in a year. The worst part was when I got my wisdom teeth extracted the week before I went back to school in August and I was unable to do anything fun the last week of summer vacation. I felt like I wasted the entire summer doing almost nothing, all of June and all of July. Summer is my favorite time of year cause of the freedom and summer 2018 might be over but it’ll live on forever in my mind. As a result I still continue to dress like it’s summer in the winter months. Not too long after the summer season it started to get cold and I still insisted on wearing shorts and my dad says “don’t wear shorts.” I then makes an excuse that I'm going to the gym and need to wear shorts. His dad said “could you wear sweats?” But it just wasn’t the same. Sweats felt too restrictive on my legs and made me feel hot and sweaty working out. I even went to a tennis clinic in shorts on a cold day where my coach asked “why are you wearing shorts? Are you from Siberia?” One freezing morning when my mom told me to come down to go to school I came down in shorts and a t shirt and she says “I tell you to come down and you come down in shorts and a t shirt. Go put pants on.” Eventually I got sick of my parents telling me what and what not to wear. At school I happened to have gym class where everyone had to change into a gym uniform which was shorts and a t shirt. That gave me an idea. I figured my parents might be able to stop me from leaving the house in shorts, however, they can’t stop me from changing into shorts when I am in school. Then every day I would wear the jeans his parents forced me to wear to school and I immediately went to the restroom as soon as I got to school and changed into my gym clothes and I would wear my gym clothes to school all day. Then right before he left school to go home I changed back. Am I the asshole for hating to bundle up in multiple layers?

Okay so about a year ago my doctor diagnosed me with Seb Derm. The thing is, nizoral does really touch it. I’m not flakey. It’s itchy as hell, and now my hair is all breaking off and thinning. There’s definitely a build up on my scalp but it’s not flakey. It’s like a coating and sebum like plugs. I’m at my wits end - I’m really scared it’s ringworm
