I need some advice. My Instagram business account was recently suspended for no apparent reason and had been under review for the past two days. Today, I finally got an email from Instagram stating that my account follows their guidelines and I can continue using it.
However, I’m really worried because this isn’t the first time this has happened. Before this account, I had another business account that was permanently suspended just two days after I created it—again, without any misleading information, spam, or policy violations (at least as far as I know). Instagram never gave me a reason for that suspension, and now I’m afraid that my new account might face the same fate.
For context, my account is completely legitimate—I post educational content about branding. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? What precautions should I take to ensure my account doesn’t get suspended again? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm seriously dumbfounded on how to rank my 1st 5. programs. ABSOLUTELY dumbfounded.
I'm considering just using a burner email, and email residents in each program saying "Hi, here's my top 5 ROL. Can you say why you would rank your program #1 over the others?"
Because the annoying reality is that everyone is too scared to mention any other program name during the interview, meet and greets, etc including myself. And that makes it impossible to decide which is better.

 | Hello! I recently noticed I have an oil leak. It hardly ever leaves spots on the garage floor, only when sitting for extended periods of time. I traced it down to the area show in my pictures. It seems like it’s leaking from somewhere on the block and down onto the uppipe/turbo area (pardon my terminology I’m new to this). Do you see in sepia? Me, too. Our voices are now dry and dusty, boxed away somewhere up top. It took up space, was no longer relevant or useful to us over the years. Every now and then, we go up there and bring out a phrase we don’t care much about, throw it into an All Hands meeting or a phone call from a wrong number. The ones we never take out of the box are our most prized possessions. The ones we don’t want to use until someone can appreciate it with us. When’s the last time you took them out? How much dust has collected around them?
If you’re anything like me, they overflow the box. They’re coffee-stained, some written on napkins or torn pieces of paper. Some scribbled on college ruled crumpled paper. Is your name and date on the top left or the top right? Some are just that: A name and date. Everything is written fast so you forget nothing…at least what you can remember at the time.
Your box is falling apart too, right? It’s been taken out so many times, used as a tool to prove you exist. The boxing tape became useless years ago and one layer of the cardboard close had no place here anyway. But now, it’s just covered and hidden, by layers of a soft grey that you’re too tired to clean off.
We both might need an extra pair of hands to help wipe the dust off, watch it disintegrate behind it’s actual potential. We’ll go through them in the forest, a few miles of hiking. We’ll go through them in the car, hours on end until we go through them on white hotel sheets. We’ll go through them with Harmony Korine and Tool. We’ll go through them in places that resembled our boxes. I’ll watch your tired eyes, you watch my messy hair. I’ll match your faded black attire, your desire to learn, and your way with words.
I’m a mess with messy hair, but I love very deeply.
I love Norwegian metal, quiet voices with unmatched music taste, tech and all types of art. I speak Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and English. Thanks for coming to my tedtalk.

A scab on my toe got torn open today after someone stepped on it, it's been in pain and stinging for a while now, and there is a yellow like, musty substance inside it. The scab is black and the wound site is very red
It's only been 14-6 hours since the problem started, can't tell because it was only after school I could look at my toe and the pain I don't remember when it started during school.
