Hello! I’ve been really frustrated lately because I started a cut last Saturday on a low cal deficit because I need to drop a weight class before my meet next Friday. However, i’ve been painfully stagnant for days.😩 I know that it typically normal when starting a cut, but I would consider my cal def to be pretty extreme. I’m still lifting and doing cardio AND taking hot baths every night and nothing is changing. Normal this works for me but my weight won’t seem to budge. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! For reference i’m 5’9” and I weigh 251 as of now and i need to get as close to 242.5 day before the meet. I felt like I had more time because I planned on dropping a few pounds this past week but that didn’t happen. 🙁
