iāve heard from everyone that there is a phase in between crushing and dating commonly known as the talking phase. i know my crush used to like me and now i have feelings for him, and i think i got lucky and he likes me back too, but i donāt really know what the vibe is rn if that makes sense. neither of us have outright confessed, but weāve both shown interest to the point that i donāt think either of us would be surprised if the other did. we have been talking more and more over text, but we have a class together and iāve never spoken to him in person. i think itās partially because we go opposite ways after class and thereās not really an opportunity to be talking since we both have friends in the class, but are we really ātalkingā if we arenāt speaking irl? itās kind of awkward because we havenāt really established a friendship first, and so our conversations are mainly just getting to know each other. itās a little weird (maybe itās just in my head idk) bc we are definitely flirty but like also iām trying to become his friend first? anyway iām just hoping for advice or clarification on what the talking phase is supposed to be, or even just how to navigate this kind of situation where iām getting to know him over text, and then seeing him face to face every day and just not talking to each other.

So, I (19M) started talking to this girl (19F) through a dating app, and we moved to Instagram. Itās barely been five days, and we didnāt even have deep conversations just casual stuff, getting to know each other. Out of nowhere, she blocked me. No argument, no weird messages, nothing that I can think of that would make her do that.
I know it sounds dumb to be this affected by someone I barely knew, but itās really bothering me. My mind keeps going in circles trying to figure out why. Did I say something wrong? Was she just not interested? Did she get back with an ex? The fact that Iāll never get an answer is whatās eating me up.
Iām usually not the type to get hung up on things like this, but for some reason, this hit me hard. Maybe itās the rejection, maybe itās the lack of closure, or maybe I was just more hopeful about this than I realized. Either way, I hate that something so small is messing with me so much.

I have a S24 Exynos variant. I couldn't care less about the AI features and all that. However, the battery life I get is mixed on 5G. Somedays I get about 5-5.5 hours on 5G, somedays it's 4 hours of battery. On WiFi, I always get about 6-6.5 hours. But the inconsistency on 5G bothers me when I am travelling and I was wondering if I should trade it in for a S25?
The trade in value I am getting is almost same as what I bought the device for last year, but I still have to pay a fair bit of money.
Hoping to get some feedback from those who received their devices already.

For context, I have this client where I do Real Estate underwriting as an IC. So far workload is manageable, flexible work time, okay pay for the job.
Now, hiring sila for another analyst but for another team. 2 months na ata silang naghahanap and ever since wala silang makita with the same skillset or experience as me so they offered me the role on top my current role. Talked to them about it, almost same ang gagawin ibang department lang.
Potentially madagdagan ang hours worked ko sa kanila or yung shift ko na instead of usual 9 hrs per day may chance maging 12 hrs day. I don't usually work the 9 hours, ginagawa ko na ung tasks ko maaga then I sleep through the whole shift almost lol since no meetings naman siya and just get the job done scenario lang.
My dilenma here is I already have a full time job for 9PM to 6AM(PH based to sila nagbabayad ng taxes and contri ko), though mabilis ko man siya matapos or hindi ganun kabusy since finance stuff siya which I'm well versed at na. So for the 3 roles, I'll just be working max of 60 hours a week. How do you negotiate the terms, time, and pay? Right now they are offering me the 2 salaries, my current + the one that they are offering for the other role. Which would push me to around 200+ monthly na I never imagined I'll be earning working here sa PH lol. Is it worth the pagod and puyat? Ang hirap maging alipin ng salapi since I need this money para makapag ipon sa kasal next year and to get our own home na instead of renting.
I think I just need affirmation na worth it siya before I accept this role later lol share your experience naman sa similar situations and what you did please.
