 | I adopted him Monday night. I set up a camera and he does wander around the house at night, but I have yet to see him drink or eat. I created a little space for him in my living room since I live in a small apartment that he’s been at, but literally doesn’t move all day and I’m concerned he’s dehydrated and malnourished. Sometimes I go up to him and try to play or give him some churru, but he backs into the corner and is visibly scared so I leave and give him space. 2025.01.31 05:50 Disastrous-Entry8489 New batteries.... Smart cables no longer work?
We just got our battery replacement packs on Friday and we were able to get back to using our two minis which we are thankful for.
Today I plugged in a mini that ran out of battery, neither of the smart cables with the lights are charging the new batteries in either of my minis. I had to use a different cord to charge it.
Has anyone else had a problem with their new batteries+smart cables?

2025.01.31 05:50 No_Needleworker2792 Garage setup questions. Unsure if I need to make changes.
I recently moved my resin setup to a closet in my garage inside a grow tent that current doesn't have a vent directly out and everything seemed fine. I would keep the room sealed and the IPA and resin in the tent when I wasnt cleaning and would open the doors and run fans during cleaning/curing and for awhile after and I was not noticing any odors lingering or seeming to escape. I swapped to sunloo abs like resin (from anycubic basic grey) this last week and it smells so bad and is leaking into the garage even with the previous setup that seemed to work. I am unsure if I need to install a fan to vent it out or if it is the new resin just smells.
I am not trying to cut corners and am willing to do what I need to to keep my home safe from the resin and fumes. The previous setup did have a vent but after moving it I had hoped to not have to cut a hole into the brick siding and it seemed to be working fine till it wasn't.

I’m a 20 yr old female and I was driving home from my boyfriends house tonight and I cannot shake what happend to me!!! I was waiting at a turn light and the second it turned green the person behind me honked. So I was like um ok whatever and then he kept riding my ass and when I tried to switch lanes to make my turn he kept riding so close to my side so I flipped him off bc what are u doing. And he full stopped his car and then whipped in front of me diagonally and was screaming calling me a stupid bitch. I kept trying to move forward and then so did he and he was like “roll your window down pussy ass bitch” so I rolled it down. He said” do that shit to my face ugly ass bitch” so I flipped off and he just kept going off then my turn light turned green and he went into his lane still screaming as I made my turn. I’m just like wtf. And I’m so mad bc he looked kind of familiar. NOW IM MAD AND CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT IT. And he literally looked like he was 17-18 I was just in such shock like wtf is going on.

Hi everyone, I finally got my green card. Here is my timeline: March 29, 2024: i140 is filed April 10: case is upgraded to premium processing May 1: 140 is approved June 10: i485 full packed is filed July 15: biometrics End of September: EAD cards were delivered January 25, 2025: case approved, card mailed etc.
For this to work, I had 22+ citations, 20 publications and evidence of peer reviewing publications, conferences submissions, conference section chair positions etc. tons of references letters.
Background: 2022 March: NIW is filed, 2022 September: received RFE, filed RFE response 2022 January: NIW got denied. (Similar as above but citations were about 15 and fewer publications).
2021: O1 visa is granted +1 year extension , Before that I was with F1 + Stem OPT and its extension + 2-3 months of recovered days from my previous (~6 years) h1 to bridge the gaps between visas.
Late lessons learned: if you are with H1 and traveling (visiting your country), keep those boarding passes, you will need them to recover some days from h1 when necessary.
Keep a scanned copies of immigration documents both in the cloud, on the computer and in a flash drive. If your employer files and keeps those h1b documents there is a small piece of it which belongs to you, ask for it(bottom portion of first page of approval letter ). Good luck for those who are anxiously waiting. Future is bright.
