I'll admit I haven't been consistent with my anxiety medication— over a year now despite having it prescribed (FLUoxetine, 10mg). Although the side effects weren't severe, the constant hunger or other very minor side effects (from other meds in the past) made me hesitant to continue. However, reconsidering it might be beneficial to change prescription as I feel I’m making an excuse or stubborn in a sense in that context? Over time though, I've somewhat learned to manage my anxiety, which includes social and mental components— if that’s how you call it. Interestingly, my social anxiety (although not even close to being severe) has increased with age, (almost 25) coinciding with a shift towards introversion. I often fond myself needing alone time and sometimes zoning out in a crowd. Is there a direct relationship between introversion and anxiety, and what steps can I take to address it? Especially with recent events in life, I feel I need to put my mental health first and take care of the issue.
Also to add: I never really noticed I was introverted until someone pointed it out in my earlier 20’s, and this has been on my mind. Idky it bothers me in a way lol

2025.01.31 06:21 jeffreydowning69 OK ladies and gentlemen and the she's gays and theys this is number 11 out of 11.
Well we started out very strong but it kept on getting worse and worse the best being the hot chocolate bombs the worst was tonight's. As you can tell by the last picture 1/4 of the packet didn't dissolve at all. So for mixablity 2.3 out of 10 and I heated it up to 200 degrees f. and it didn't even mix up at all. The grittyness was 2 out of 10 because it tasted and felt like I was drinking sand. The package it came in was thrown away on chrismas because it was falling apart so I don't have any product info on it. I will make one more post and do a random of all of them. I am trying to find places near me that sell high quality hot chocolate but they are all either in downtown Nashville or on the completely opposite side of town from me and I hate going downtown. I want to thank everyone who followed this little journey of mine because this is the first time I did something like this. Hopefully I made some people happy well I will do a follow up post in the next couple of days.

2025.01.31 06:21 Transic_ I’m screwed. (PC building help)
First time actually “building” a computer. I had a prebuilt with small upgrades here and there only to the ram and gpu. Before I bought anything I was running a ryzen 3 3100 with a 4060 ti, MOBO: gigabyte ga a320m s2h. I bought a 3 fan Thermalright AIO, Ryzen 7 5800x, and a new computer case to allow everything to fit properly.
After I rebuilt my pc into a new case I forgot to update my bios so while I put my back my old cpu to update my bios, nothing was posting, I then proceeded to do every main thing to get my pc to post, (reseting the mobo/cmos, ram tests, hardware tests, made sure everything was secure and plugged in, mobo grounded check, turning off fans and checking wires, checking the cpu for any damage or tp stuck to it) but yet literally nothing will make my pc post.
I will be accepting the fact that I broke something within the mobo or pc in general.
I will be requesting anyone with pc knowledge from the people of Reddit to please help me, I’m desperate.

im on a budget and i dont know what to do, i was gonna build a 9800x3d paired with a 4070 super , but is that much bottleneck? is that 160€ more for the 9800x3d worth it if im pairing with a 4070 super? or should i get the 7800x3d and spending that extra money on the 4070 ti super? i only play competitive games in 1080p , i got a 1080p 380hz monitor

2025.01.31 06:21 Dlan08 Building Computers for my Kids possible upgrade for me
Both my kids love playing video games with me, and currently use upgraded old dell workstations with bad GPUs and a little extra ram. I want to build them a pair of computers with modern-ish hardware so we can all play games together. Right now we can only really play Minecraft and Roblox with their comps on min settings getting 15-30 fps.
Now my kids are young, 5 and 7. but I have made sure they are versed in actual computer use and not just tablet junk. A lot of people give me a hard time with this but it has really improved my daughter's (7) reading and my son's (5) motor skills. Also My son has some signs of Spectrum disorder and it has been a way I can connect with him and it makes him smile and laugh (which is so rare to hear for me)
For the first time in a long time I will have extra money from our refund to do this and I wanna do it right. But I haven't built a computer in like 10 years. I do have a 3060 in my machine and could use that in one of theirs and upgrade mine but I would only do that if it would not negatively impact them.
I tried using PCpartpicker but there is just so much and I don't wanna mess up. if any of you know of a good place to start I would be eternally greatful.
side note, I do stream and have been having issues with encoding. would a B580 be an upgrade enough over the 3060 to make it worth the price? (also looking at them for the kids PCs)
