Hello, I upgraded my PC from windows 8 to 10 about 2 weeks ago. I like the program but Im noticing that when I shut down my PC now it turns itself back on. I shut it down at night and the past couple days around 10-11am it just comes on all by itself. I have read other common concerns and reset some settings. I just bought a brand-new laptop a couple of weeks ago with Windows 11 on it but from day 1 I've been having issues with the keyboard. For example, if I hold down the down arrow button or W key too long sometimes, the window start button activates. In the past couple days my Microsoft wireless mouse has started to require multiple clicks (as many as 3 -5) to open something or get focus. How do I fix this? I've replaced the batteries even though there was no indication of them going bad. I've also performed a sfc /scannow which found nothing. What is causing this? A couple of days back I found that somehow all my files and folders on my Win 11 PC under C:\users\.. have suddenly been moved into my Onedrive. I keep many files under local storage intentionally so that they DON'T get uploaded into Onedrive. Now I see all these files being uploaded into Onedrive, which I DON'T want. For the past couple of months, my computer screen has kept going black for a couple of seconds then turning back on. When i first start my computer, this doesn't always happen, but as soon as i start playing a game (usually Fortnite) it starts happen and then my displays go all crazy and the game ends up crashing after i close it. Harassment is any behavior intended to disturb or upset a person or group of people. Threats include any threat of violence, or harm to another. The last couple days I cannot sign into my Yahoo mail using Edge. I keep getting the message "can't reach this page". I've cleared my history, cookies, etc. Still doesn't work. The past couple of days, I've noticed that randomly whenever I switch into another tab, application, or make any sort of display change, my screen will glitch in a way where the change does not appear. When I move the cursor, then tab will "reveal" itself, similar to that of a scratch ticket. The screen display will fix itself after a few seconds. Hi, Recently my battery has not been charging. so, for context: I’m an international student, and I applied to the uk a bit just to see what happened. also, I was born in September (this is relevant).
I applied to law in a few universities, including Cambridge, and was pretty devastated when I got the rejection (especially because I managed to get into the Winter Pool). However, I do have an offer from UCL.
My question is, would it be worth it to take a gap year, start university in my country (if that’s possible) and reapply to Cambridge next year? or should I take the UCL offer? (this is also a question if UCL is worth the crazy international fees and how expensive London is).
This is, of course taking into consideration that it wouldn’t even technically be a gap year in the UK system, because even though in im my last year in my country, I would be in year 12 if I studied there. Also, in my country, degrees are four years generally, so I’d finish at the same time I would if I stayed.

To give a full description of my situation:
-I was exercising, performing one legged pistol squats -While descending with my left leg, I suddenly collapsed and felt a radiating pain near the left side of my hip and base of my back. -I had difficulty sitting up, sitting, etc, but felt somewhat better while standing. For the first day or two walking was terribly painful. -After about a week, I have a slight pain there, but I can otherwise run, jump, walk, squat(not pistol style) etc with no issues.
I figured it had something to do with too much flexion in my back since I have a shorter torso.
Would this be a likely disc issue, or something else? Is it something I should be very concerned about? I did have a similar issue a few years back, but I was doing heavy weighted squats.
