So, the jail I want to send mail to has rules for accepting mail. It says everything has to be on 5x7 white postcards and that the postage must be metered. Mail with stamps will be rejected. Like I have come across this theory on HP Fanfic Sub: Weasley bashing is a not too subtle symptom of classicism and anti-poor attitude.
Since a lot of Harmony fics do have some Weasley bashing (though, as an HP fandom veteran whoās a multishipper to boot, Harmony is not the only fandom who does this), many canon fans theorize there that it is symptomatic of āāhating on the poor.ā
Have seen people arguingāboth Harry and Hermione are quite well-off. Harry comes from generational wealth (Potters are an old Pureblood family who became fabulously rich after Fleamont Potterās Sleakezyās Hair Potion startup took off), and Hermioneās parents are both successful dentists and they stay Heathgate, Hampstead, one of the poshest areas of London and are wealthy enough to holiday in France.
And while I am not saying people who hate the Weasleys for being poor donāt existāin such a big fandom, there are all stripes of people, even the most despicableāto think H/Hr shippers donāt ship Harry and Hermione with Ginny and Ron because they are poor is reductive.

So in September, I (23F) started working at a place where there was a month long onboarding program. There, I met a guy (24M), and we became immediately close. For a whole month, we talked for hours everyday. Mind you, we were just friends, he was already in a relationship and so was I.
Anyways, after that one month, our friendship almost immediately changed for reasons that I donāt understand. His energy when Iād text him was no longer the same, and heād never text first anymore. I understood that weād no longer be as close after the onboarding program, but he became cold towards me, as if we didnāt know each other at all, and I didnāt understood why.
After a month and a few failed attempts to have a conversation with him, I got upset, and deleted him off all my social media (very dramatic of me I know), and now, whenever we walk past each other at the office, we both look away.
Weāre at the end of January, and Iāve been thinking about texting him, to ask him about what happened between us. I just hate the fact that weāre strangers now for seemingly no reason, when we were very close at one point. What do you think?
TLDR; My coworker and I were friends for a month, until he stopped talking to me all of a sudden. Should I text him again?

My (29F) fiancĆ© (30M) hardly helps with wedding planning and Iām so over it. Iāve made a Google Sheet for us, so we can both have the latest version at all times. It includes our guest list, details that weāve cemented, our itemized budget, a to do list, and our vendorsā contact information. For context, my fiancĆ© has ADD, so I understand that itās not as easy for him to sit down and do wedding tasks. However, Iāve communicated that I will not be planning this wedding on my own and he actually has a lot of great ideas/opinions. Iām frustrated because I will be proactive and check things off the list as I have time. But I actually had to write out a checklist for my fiancĆ© (this is in addition to our digital list) to encourage him to get certain things done that I physically canāt do, like go get fitted for his suit, or ask his groomsmen to be a part of the wedding. Tonight I asked if we could work on wedding planning stuff tomorrow and he asked what time. I said it depended on where he was at in his checklist and I started asking him what he had gotten done. He blew up, got super pissed off, and it turned into a fight because he said he felt like I was berating him for all the things he hasnāt done, right after getting home from work. He works in the medical field so he has long, shitty days. I truly did not mean to even get into wedding planning conversation, I just wanted to know if we could do some of it tomorrow. All I expected was a simple āyesā or āI canāt, I have plans tomorrowā. But he made me feel like I was hounding him for answers on what heās done. The real kicker is that he hasnāt done much of anything on the list that I wrote for him about 2 weeks ago. I feel like I have to constantly follow up with him, or else nothing gets done. Iām at a loss of how to ask for help with planning from him. I refuse to plan this on my own AND pay for the majority of it. We agreed to that, because of the differences in our salaries, but now I feel like if Iām going to be the whole wedding planner too, he should pay for more of the wedding. Also, for context, we both work full time. I have a 7:30-4 Monday through Friday and he does three 12 hour shifts during the week. So itās not like one of us has more time than the other. What do I do to get through this? We still have 5 more months until the wedding and a lot to do.

In the process of upgrading Darwinās indoor enclosure from 25sq ft to 46sq ft and Iām stuck on whether to add a ramp and a platform to the enclosure too. She had one about 10 years ago(sheās 19) in her enclosure before we moved out from my parents house but didnāt have any interest in it that I ever saw.
Has anyone had success with them regularly being used? Perhaps the one I had was too steep and thatās why she wasnāt interested?š¤·āāļø
