Russian forces are making steady gains; Kyiv is running low on ammunition; and the return of Donald Trump to the White House has only added to anxieties about the conflict, casting doubt over not only the future of American military aid, but also the prospect of a negotiated settlement that is satisfactory to Ukraine. In an essay for Foreign Affairs, titled “Putin’s Point of No Return,” Andrea Kendall-Taylor and Michael Kofman argue that the risks are even greater—that Putin’s Russia will pose a threat to Western interests even if the current fighting in Ukraine ends. Kendall-Taylor is a former intelligence official and scholar of authoritarian regimes and Russian politics; Kofman is one of the most astute analysts of the war in Ukraine. I can’t even cry anymore. it’s been a week. I just stare into the abiss whenever i’m in public and even right now. I feel like a robot. I’ve always been extremely emotional and been able to express my emotions, but for some reason after he broke up with me i’m frozen. It’s freaking me out because I feel like it’s setting my progress back. I’ve been in therapy for almost four years now and have never had this issue. I’m not being smart about this breakup. it’s consuming me and i cannot express any of it no matter how hard i try. 2025.01.31 05:59 Cold-Huski Dnd Beyond Campaigns - Is their a correct order to run/play them?
Good afternoon. After a few years of playing homebrew campaigns, and oneshots etc, Me and my friends all struggle to find the time to meet in-person for DnD. And none of us really have the time to dedicate to coming up with lore, and a decent campaign setting.
However, not wanting to give up on DnD, we've decided to do DnD over Discord, Using DnD beyond and the map tool and encounter tool they now have.
We will also be using the pre-written adventures that they have to take the pressure of 1 person having to be DM and thinking of things. They can just read the book, which is still some effort. but way less.
Though, Ive heard some of the adventures have connectiosn to eachother? is their an order your meant to play them in? (im talking the adventures like Storm King, Curse of Strahd, Mines of Phandelver, Decent into Avernus, Tyranny of Dragons, etc etc).
We will be starting with Tyranny of Dragons i think but is their a way were meant to play them

We are based in NC and my son was recommended regular kindergarten last year by his pre-K teacher, he previously thrived in a 12 kids class. His teacher does follow the supports recommended but they are not working in this setting. He has 33 kids in this class as they combined 2 classrooms so the ratios are better but he does have way more children so it’s overstimulating. I had a meeting with the teacher who said he needs to repeat kinder because he doesn’t have the basic skills and is having too hard of a time with comprehension, following directives and engaging in classroom lectures which I agree with. She asked if I pushed the idea of regular k and I did not. I told her I’d be open to a more specialized class. They are proposing possibly switching to an autism specific class which would be 6 children. The education sucks and there’s no In between. My son is pending an additional diagnosis of adhd so I am open to meds for helping him. I just want him to be happy, he hates school and his teacher. He refuses to answer her so he performs way worse than his ability because he’s not comfortable. Does anyone have a success story like this? I’m thinking earlier on intervention would Be helpful
