2025.01.31 06:34 --Finite-- Does anyone have any advice? I have extremely high estrogen and liver function after 3 months of HRT

I have been on intramuscular estradiol valerate for almost 2.5/3 months now at a does of 0.2ml for the first 2ish months, then 0.3 over the last 2 weeks (4mg and 6mg respectively)
A test I did yesterday showed I have estrogen levels of ~600 and ALT liver function of 70 indicating potential liver damage (upper limit is 50, I had 17 before I started)
I thought 4mg / 6mg per week was a normal dose? Am I doing anything wrong? Does anyone have any info on why it would be so high for what I thought was a normal dose?
(for other info my prescription is a 5ml vial of 20mg/ml and I currently am supposed to take 0.3ml/6mg but am stopping for now.)

2025.01.31 06:34 Own_Apricot_2315 Husband traveling to Puerto Rico (10 hours flying) - I will be 35 weeks pregnant

Found out in August I am pregnant with our second child. A few months before this, he started making plans for this project that is coming up first week of April. I’ve been letting him know all along that I would feel more comfortable if he didn’t go since learning it would be in my 3rd trimester. We have a 2.5 year old and I will be 35 weeks pregnant. I am 27 weeks tomorrow and already feeling very uncomfortable. But he is very determined to make this trip happen. It would be 8 days. They’ve been doing fund raising…
Am I wrong for wishing he would have cancelled it early on when he had the chance? He hasn’t bought a ticket yet and nothing else seems solidified and I still feel he should cancel or shorten it. He wants to hire someone to help me. I have some friends and family that can help, but I still will need to take care of all the meals, chores, naps, bed time. I am already so exhausted.
A little more back story - he is an artist and he had the opportunity to work with a famous artist in Thailand - gone 12 days at the beginning of January. This opportunity came up after we found out I was pregnant and I was again not wanting him to go. He did, I did okay, but not gonna lie, it tough, especially towards the end…
I know if I put my foot down he will resent me and so I am just telling him, f-it, do what he wants, I don’t want him to try and help. He wanted to “discuss” it, but all a discussion is is him trying to come up with ways to make what he wants to do work. He does a lot for our family. I am a sahm and he provides a lot… I just wish it would occur to him to stay because he knows it will put me at ease and help us out here at home as we get ready to welcome our next child. I feel so upset and I somehow feel wrong for feeling this way… I do my best to be supportive. I just know if I make him stay he’s going to be in a bad mood the whole time …. The thing is he had time to cancel, to choose to stay but he waited until their plans were more developed to “discuss” him going. I just feel so disappointed. Not to mention hormones. I forgot to mention that it’s a part of a conference where he will be winning an award that’s pretty big deal to his career… so thats also why I suggested just going for the few days the conference is happening… to me that is compromise. He also once said the attention that is most important to him is mine and our child’s - so part of me is like, prove it. He still receives the award whether or not he goes. Anyways… rambling now. Not sure if this is a vent or looking for advice. I just hate feeling like this.

I got sent this pair of Neiman Marcus boots with pearl accents on the heel. Is there any way to remove the pearls? I feel like an all black boot goes with more outfits but i don’t want to damage the suede. The package was sent from overseas and one pearl got ripped off in the transit which has left a tiny hole in the suede. Is there any way to avoid that?

الحديث الثالث: قوله: ( يقول الله تعالى: أنا عند ظن عبدي بي ) - المعنى العام: أي أن الله تعالى يعامِل العبد وفق ظنه به؛ فإن ظن خيرًا فالله كريم، وإن ظن سوءًا فالله يفعل ما يشاء. - تفسير الكرماني: - يُرجِّح الحديث جانب الرجاء (التفاؤل برحمة الله) على جانب الخوف (الخوف من عقاب الله)، لأن العاقل يختار لنفسه الرجاء في رحمة الله بدلًا من اليأس. - هذا الظن يُقَيَّد بوقت المحتضر (قرب الموت)، حيث يُستحب للمسلم أن يحسن الظن بالله، كما في حديث: «لا يموتن أحدكم إلا وهو يحسن الظن بالله» (رواه مسلم).

تفسير ابن أبي جمرة:
- الظن هنا يعني العلم اليقيني، كقوله تعالى: {وَظَنُّوا أَنْ لَا مَلْجَأَ مِنَ اللَّهِ إِلَّا إِلَيْهِ}، أي علموا أن الله ملجأهم الوحيد.
تفسير القرطبي:
- معنى "ظن عبدي بي" يشمل:
  1. ظن الإجابة عند الدعاء.
  2. ظن القبول عند التوبة.
  3. ظن المغفرة عند الاستغفار.
  4. ظن المجازاة على العبادة.
- ويُؤيد هذا حديث: «ادعوا الله وأنتم موقنون بالإجابة».
- تحذير: من ظن أن الله لا يقبل عمله فهذا يأس من رحمة الله (من الكبائر)، وقد ورد في بعض الروايات: «فليظن بي عبدي ما شاء».

قوله: ( وأنا معه إذا ذكرني )

المعية الإلهية:
- المعية العامة: تشمل كل الخلق، كقوله تعالى: {وَهُوَ مَعَكُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنْتُمْ}.
- المعية الخاصة: للمؤمنين الذاكرين، كقوله تعالى: {إِنَّنِي مَعَكُمَا أَسْمَعُ وَأَرَىٰ}.
- تفسير ابن أبي جمرة:
  - الذكر أنواع:
  - باللسان: كالتسبيح.
  - بالقلب: كالتفكر في عظمة الله.
  - بالعمل: بامتثال الأوامر واجتناب النهي.
  - الذكر ينقسم إلى:
  - ذكر مقطوع بالثواب: كقوله تعالى: {فَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُ}.
  - ذكر على خطر: كمن يذكر الله وهو مقيم على المعصية، لكن يرجى له المغفرة إن كان خائفًا.

قوله: ( فإن ذكرني في نفسه ذكرته في نفسي )

التفسير:
- إذا ذكر العبد الله سرًّا (في نفسه)، ذكره الله سرًّا بالثواب والرحمة.
- تفسير ابن أبي جمرة:
- يشبه قوله تعالى: {فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ}، أي اذكروني بالتعظيم أذكركم بالإنعام.
- الذكر أعظم العبادات: {وَلَذِكْرُ اللَّهِ أَكْبَرُ}.

قوله: ( وإن ذكرني في ملإ ذكرته في ملإ خير منهم )

الملأ: جماعة من الناس.
التفسير:
- إذا ذكر العبد الله في جماعة، ذكره الله في جماعة خير منهم (كالملائكة).
- الخلاف في تفضيل الملائكة على البشر:
- قول ابن بطال: الملائكة أفضل من بني آدم، لقول الله: {إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَا مَلَكَيْنِ}، فالخالد (الملائكة) أفضل من الفاني (البشر).
- الرد عليه:
  - جمهور أهل السنة يرون أن صلحاء البشر (خاصة الأنبياء) أفضل من الملائكة.
  - أدلة تفضيل البشر:
  - سجود الملائكة لآدم تكريمًا له.
  - قوله تعالى: {وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ}.
  - البشر يُجاهدون أنفسهم في الطاعة، بينما الملائكة تُطيع بلا شهوات.
- توجيه الحديث:
  - الخيرية في الحديث ليست مطلقة، بل متعلقة بالمجموع (الله والملأ) مقابل المجموع الآخر.

قوله: ( وإن تقرب إلي شبرا )

الروايتان:
1. "تقرب إلي شبرا": بدون الباء.
2. "بشبر": بزيادة الباء (في رواية المستملي والسرخسي).

- إذا تقرب العبد إلى الله بقليل من العمل، تقرب الله إليه بكثير من الرحمة.

My bf brought up the idea that we should play games together as a good bonding experience. He introduced me to this game I knew about but hadn’t really thought about playing until he mentioned it. In the beginning, we would duo, but since I was very new to the game he asked one of his girl friends that had more experience come join and help me. She seems nice but we didn’t have much in common to talk about so it was mostly my bf and her talking to each other. At some point I felt like I was third wheeling them. I then noticed that he started hopping on call with her more often and playing with her than he does with me. Even when we’re playing as a group, he always invites her to join first and I’m usually the last one to be invited or I’m not even invited at all. He’s told me that he likes playing with her better because she’s more experienced and that he doesn’t like to play with me but I thought the whole point was for us to play together and now it feels like he doesn’t even care to play with me as much. When they’re on call together, they always laugh and joke so much versus when he’s playing with me and gets frustrated when I don’t listen to what he wants me to do. To make me feel worse, I found old flirty messages between them so it feels weird to see talk so much now. It’s almost like it’s routine for him to be on call with her every night and when I confronted him about it he brushed it off. Now I just feel like I’m always the second choice behind her and it sucks because he doesn’t seem to understand where I’m getting at.

I have a really strange request and I’m not sure if this is the right subreddit to put this on. I had a Camp Camp Platypus Mug that I bought in maybe 2020 or 2021. I’m autistic and this mug was like a comfort item to me, and it was my favorite mug. My friend came over to my house and decided to break it to prank me, thinking I could just buy another one and that it wouldn’t be a big deal. It’s nowhere to be seen online at all. I can’t find it anywhere except for an abandoned Rooster Teeth Store twitter account, which has the one remaining picture on google I could find of it. I found an old ebay auction but it has since been bought. If someone has it please tell me. I’m doing everything I can to get a new one. It looks like the image above. There was an incident where someone tied up the top with wire and it failed , damaging them pretty badly.

As the title says, for the last couple of years I'm using the Cloud 2 Wireless and they've been amazing problem is I have small ears and the headset is really pushing against my head and hurts after 40 min or so.
I'm looking to buy a new headset, I'm mainly gaming (not really fps competitive games), listening to music and really want an headset that will be comfortable while still have great sound for gaming and some competitive here and there
I've looked at some headsets like: 1. Audeze maxwell 2. Nova pro wireless 3. Mmx 200 4. Astro A50 5. Mmx 330 pro (will be my first open back and I'm not really sure I want wired)
My last 2 headphones were the cloud 2 wireless and logitech g pro x
