Hi lawn, just bought a new home. We have lawn area in the front and in the back. The home has a sprinkler system which was not used by the previous homeowner. The sprinkler system that is the is very hold (around late 1990s or early 2000). There used to be three Rainbird controller boxes (two boxes to control valves in the back and one box to control valves in the front ). There are around 10-11 valves controlling these sprinklers. I want to get these valves replaced. The quotes I have been given range from $1800 to $2400. Is this correct ? Also would you recommend any system + valves that do not require electricity? The electrical work around the home is messed up with one Rainbird box not having any electricity and another having electricity cut off because it was pulled for something else ā¦

Hello! Really hoping for any help or options for my dad, he is a huge fan of this game and yesterday after the newest Windows update, both his copy of Battle for Middle Earth II and the addition Witch King have stopped working, the issue is that they both crash upon launch, not even getting to the 'play' screen option
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall both games, I have tried to use the online fixer (linked from this post on reddit https://www.reddit.com/bfme/comments/ofwxkn/a_quick_video_on_how_to_fix_the_battle_for_middle/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button ) And have been looking for other options online.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

 | Hi everyone, I've just about finished a test model. Except for the gaiters, everything that is leather (including the gas mask) & the weapon, I have applied all the colors so far. In terms of color, I actually used the AK Interactive colors of the Wehrmacht as a guide. I don't think I'll be doing a Shade estate either. I'll paint a bit more cleanly here and there and then the scheme should fit quite well. I personally like it quite a lot. And as soon as I have decals on it, I'll take some real photos. - Which will be the case when I have the other 34 men ready. š I'll definitely have some time tomorrow to make more progress with this project and show you a bit more. 2025.01.31 06:51 Zealousideal-Unit573 Manā¦ This chapter was a bit of a let down. (Chapter 4 critique)
I know this has been brought up A LOT but I wanna throw in my perspective.
First off, The Doctor: He was cool, Iāll admit, just wish he was more prominent. He was the least memorable thing of the chapter for me, not completely forgettable since he was advertised to be the main threat, itās just that he appeared for the beginning and inside the prison, disappeared off the face of the earth, reappeared after killing Yarnaby, threw his Nightmare Critters at you, then sent his robots after you near the end before getting brain freeze. With him inside the Playtime Co. systems, and said to be controlling EVERYTHING down below, I thought he would appear more, blocking paths and entrances, alerting enemies to your location, etc. Hell, I thought weād be having to fight him physically or try and destroy his body, but it turned out he never had an individual body he could call his own. I liked the idea that his organs and brain were equipped and hooked to the machines, but it wouldāve been nice where that was hidden until later, where we believed he was just a digital consciousness inside a computer with an Endo body, making the reveal a bit more surprising. Another thing I wouldāve liked is his interactions with others, a scene where he reprimands or even abuses Yarnaby for failing time and time again, as Yarnaby cowers like a pup but still remains loyal to him, whining before scurrying off once Harley is done with him. It wouldāve been cool to see him taunt Doey to try and make him lose control out of sheer malice and entertainment, maybe after capturing someone close to Doey who went missing after going out for a supply run to find stuff for the Safe Haven. His death couldāve gone down the route of all the villains, dying before being harvested by The Prototype, who has now gained his intellectual knowledge, making him an even larger threat.
Secondly, Yarnaby: Not much to add, he scared the living crap out of me when I was watching the play throughs, but I found his death ratherā¦ spontaneousā¦ get it? Yeah, anyways, him just getting stuck on a hook, catching on fire, and falling down a pit was lack luster, unless theyāre planning the Huggy Wuggy route where Yarnaby survives, while be it, heavily injured, and trying to continue his masters final request. I donāt see that though, sinceā¦ yāknowā¦ how they killed off a certain someoneā¦ regardless, he somewhat fulfilled his role, he just needed more screen time and a better climactic death.
Last but not least, Pianosaurus: Oh buddy, you deserved so much moreā¦ you had a cool design, heavily treated like a big bad (after being marked as a spoiler once someone managed to stabilize your distorted image), and had your own cool part in the trailerā¦ Then Doey came in and ping balled you around the room before cracking you open like a starving fisherman at King Lobster. I loved him from the start only to have him ripped away from me in a cheap death scene. He couldāve been the threat of the No Manās Land, feasting on the corpses of those who dared venture out alone in his territory, stalking and hunting us along the way, and maybe after a quick encounter with Yarnaby, in which we escaped, we would have a final confrontation with him (as someone here had suggested) in the tunnels, in his cracked form revealing the disturbing flesh and anatomy of his insides, maybe like Miss Delight where parts of his mouth, even a part of his face is cracked and broken, where he looks at you with his (now exposed) bloodshot eye as his crooked sharp teeth primed together all while distorted piano keys played. His death wouldāve come at a massive and catastrophic explosion that wouldāve sent a giant boulder tumbling down and crushing him to death.
Ideas: I wouldāve liked The Prison to have more of a significance, maybe, like I had mentioned previously, someone form Safe Haven is taken by Harley, and we need to go in to save them from his clutches, sneaking in and out all while trying to avoid danger. Maybe Yarnaby being an actual guard dog, patrolling and hunting, hell, throw some Easter eggs! Throw some Bigger Body of the toys in the cells! Like Bigger Body experiments which had starved to death in their cell, like that failed Bobby Bearhug experiment, or a single Huggy Buddy gone mad inside its cell as the corpses of their cell mates laid dead and consumed on the floor.
Safe Haven, kinda wished there was more than just Smiling Critters, a Boogie Bot and Kissy doll. Maybe a Bunzo Doll huddled in the corner, or a Bigger Body Smiling Critters that had managed to survive, unbeknownst to CatNap and DogDay, who is staying hidden to avoid endangering their and everyone elseās lives, maybe add Cat Bees or Huggy dolls.
I might be asking for too much, idk, some of Tiaās may be unreasonable or bad ideas, idc Iām tired and wanted to vent, chapter was very good, very dark and heart wrenching (in more ways than one), if just felt like it was missing what was advertised. Anyways, g'night.

Is it possible to get companion quests on the NG+ version with Alternate You? Some sources say that I cant tell Sarah I'm starborn but that's not really an option for this one it seems. This partly stems from the fact that I need Sam Coe for his mission to victor compound on McClure. I can't get the location to spawn in on the world map. And he died in my save before the unity. I need this mission for one of the Raijin revolver creations where the mod author decided one spawns in a quest area.
