Hi all, looking to buy a property and we have put an offer for a house in Perth.
The house we put down the offer for is in a better suburb than the rest of the ones we could afford, however it sits on slopped land.
How bad are slopped properties and does it matter if the slope is horizontally or vertically?
The house we are purchasing is for investment purposes but one day we will sell the property and buy our own property. I have attached some examples of similar houses which are on sloped land (purposely didn’t want to share the one we are interested in).
Interested to hear all info. Insurance wise isn’t that much more expensive if at all.

2025.01.31 06:39 brown_coffee_bean I don’t know how to get over driving anxiety
I’ve had my license since 2020 but I have barely driven. Every time time I drive there is always something happening. Either cars passing me bc I am driving too slow (I am literally going the speed limit or 5-10 above), almost getting rear ended because the person behind me doesn’t see that I’m turning (I am definitely signaling that I am going to turn for enough time before I actually turn) and just other little things. I think it’s the bad drivers around me that freak me out, but this is causing me to be even more scared of driving. I tell myself I have to learn but every time I get behind the wheel I get super anxious. I don’t want to rely on public transportation and really need to learn how to drive. Anyone been in my shoes? Any tips? Thanks!

2025.01.31 06:39 grovsy Is it just me or is it easier to hit Jeff as rocket compared to anyone else?
The one character i have noticed on both ends, recieving and giving, to be really easy to hit and shred with rocket seems to be Jeff, rocket seems to be the only support when i play Jeff that actually down right deletes me, and Jeff is the only enemy support i seem to be consistantly able to shred as Rocket too in a very short time, like Jeff rarely seems to win any encounter with Rocket.

Sorry if this seems like a silly question, I'm just trying to make sure i understand this right, and don't have a while lot of experience with networking.
I've got a machine equipped with a Stratix 5700, and all of the Ethernet devices are on a private subnet (a bunch of 192.168.***.etc's).
We have a plantwide network that's the machine hasn't been connected to for years, and i was asked to figure it out. I have a 2-1/2 hr window on Sundays to play around with the settings. I've also already run the ethernet cable, and have the designated ip's on the company network ready to go.
Theoretically, i should be able to use the NAT settings to translate the private IP's for the controller, switch, and HMI to three unused IP's on our network for us to remote connect with? Will this cause any connectivity issues among the other devices in the machines private network?

There are some pretty weird subreddits out there that I do not want to see anything from. Is there a way to add it to a block list or something to make sure if something from one of them is crossposted I won’t see it?
