A few weeks ago I (F 19) was at this rave in my home town. It was crazy. Everyone was wild and drinking until 5am. I was dragged to the party by one of my friends even though I have struggled with acohol addiction. I got insanely drunk and it so happens that I had a really important exam the next day. I explained to my teacher he would have to postpone the test because I was high and hungover (have in mind, I was not in my right mind). He refused and I ended up getting an F. This pulled my entire average down and I was distraught. I was so incredibly angry at him. A few days after, I snuck into that teacher's classroom. I don't why I did it. I was angry and not in my right mind. I grabbed my teacher's pencil case and took a dump in it and closed it up. Then I snuck back out and went home.
I haven't mentioned my husband (M 19). I got married early 2024 and have been since then. My husband went to a lot of the same classes as me but had a different major. We had a very healthy relationship until everything fell apart after this incident.
The next day the teacher stuck his hand into his pencil case, reaching for some pen. His hand came back covered in shit. He was so angry, I thought he was gonna murder somebody. He walked out of the classroom with his pencil case and I didn't see him again that day. I later found out, he had gone to test the shit's DNA.
A few days later two cops showed up at our door and arrested my husband, for tresspassing. I was super confused, but they let me come to the station. When I heard about the DNA testing I was super confused. Why did test positive for my husband's DNA.
My husband knows me very well. We were highschool sweethearts, so I was terrified that he would know something was up with me and figure out that I was the culprit. I was incredibly embarassed. I left the station, my husband still under arrest and I haven't talked to him since then. His trial is in a few weeks and I heven't responded to any of his calls.
What should I do? Should I come clean? But I'm terrified this will ruin my future. Especially considering that this is the last straw after I "went to rehab"

Hi my husband already has his letter from HR confirming the details of his employment which is permanent, his salary, his position and how long he has been working with the company. But ive read somewhere they they attach the contract letter as well? Can anyone here confirm that it's okay not to get a copy of the contract anymore?

You know when you hold your breath or (the main one) stand up too quickly and get dizzy and have to sit back down? I don't think this is normal, but when this happens to me my vision starts going black, like my circle of vision gets smaller and smaller until engulfed in pitch black, and I have to lay down as soon as I feel it happening because I lose control of my body, and I'll fall over (I've hit my head before but I didn't feel anything? I can't feel anything when it happens.) after my vision goes out, for about 3-5 seconds I see and feel nothing, but I'm still conscious because I'm thinking to myself, and I can properly count time or however u say that, just give any advice really

My (21M) girlfriend (26F) have been together for almost a year. Last night she had a show (musical theatre) and after the performance, she went out to eat with her cast. I hadn’t heard from her all night, and by midnight, I started getting a little worried. It wasn’t about checking in constantly—I just wanted a simple heads-up text so I wasn’t left wondering.
When we finally talked on the phone, I told her I was a little concerned and would have appreciated a quick message. She seemed a bit defensive, saying she “forgot” and wasn’t really on her phone. She did kind of apologize, but it felt hesitant, like more of an excuse than taking accountability. She also said she didn’t know what else to say since it already happened and that she felt like nothing she said was going to make me feel better. Also that she felt like she was being spoken down too.
I also mentioned that my friend Joey had seen her active on Facebook 15-20 minutes before we talked. She insisted she hadn’t been on her phone, and while I wasn’t accusing her of anything shady, it just made her explanation feel off. Eventually, she did give a more direct apology saying, “I’m sorry, I made a mistake. I should have texted you.”
By the end of the call, we were back to normal, saying “I love you” and even talking about future plans. But I still feel unsettled. I wasn’t looking to start an argument, just to have my feelings acknowledged, and I feel like I had to push for that. I don’t think this is a constant problem in our relationship, but when these situations happen, she tends to get defensive instead of just validating my feelings upfront.
Where I could be wrong: • Maybe I was too caught up in needing validation and turned a small mistake into a bigger deal than necessary. • I did bring up the Facebook thing, which could have made her feel like I was accusing her of lying, even if that wasn’t my intention. • She did eventually apologize, so I might be overanalyzing the way she did it instead of accepting it for what it was. • I might be assuming that she forgot intentionally rather than genuinely just being caught up in her night.
I don’t want to blow this out of proportion, but I also don’t want to ignore an actual communication issue if it’s there. Should I just let this go as a small miscommunication, or is this worth addressing differently next time?
